My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2020
Another week in the books. Here's my Actifit report for my first Sunday as a 61 year old.
At least my training is going well even though the Coronavirus has made a mess of the ultramarathon scene including another 24 hour on my schedule getting shit-canned (Hotfoot Hamster in May). Hopefully the organizers will reschedule or give us credits ad the financial hit of these cancellations is getting to be a major pain (ultras ain't cheap boys and girls).
Despite all of the down news put there, it was another beautiful day with mild and sunny weather and Spring is really beginning to pop out all over.
Oh well, life goes on and my running will go on despite the uncertainty of these times. Hopefully when all is said and done and the virus (hopefully) passes into history as just another over-hyped crisis we'll all be a bit wiser and healthier.
