Hi friends!

Who are we without our parents? I don't think we would be in existence if they hadn't born us. They go through a lot to see that we have life. Starting from conception to delivery and then training, they are all processes they took to make sure that we are good.

I have loving parents who made sure that life wasn't difficult for me while growing up. They supported my schooling and fed me to the point where I was wasting food. I had so much because of my parents effort. My dad was my superhero who never allowed me to cry. He was so supportive in all ramifications; I was his favorite among my siblings.

My mom, on the other hand, was my support machine. She taught me everything a woman should know and shouldn't. That I'm good today in the cooking; it's because my mom never gave me space to play away; she encouraged me in all aspects of my life.

My parents prayed for me and gave me the best advice anyone could think of. All through my university days, they were supportive financially. I can't get over what they did for me.

If only I could repay them for all they did for me, I will, but as it stands now, the only thing I can do for them is pray. I can only pray for them to live a long life. If they lived a long life, they would still eat the fruit of their labor from me.

I ask God every day to keep them for me. I always want to see them strong, healthy, and happy. I know I try my best to see that they have all they need, but my best is not enough; all I want is for God to keep them strong for me.

Being a parent is not easy, and if I'm to be a parent one day, I would give the same measure to my children. My parents gave me everything, so I should give my children everything for their comfort. I want my children to look at their parents tomorrow and be proud of their parents.

I want them to also wish well for their parents. I would love them to have all the opportunities they wish to have in life. Everything I wish for my children is good and not evil.

Parenthood isn't an easy task; it takes a lot to become a good parent. Sometimes most people think it's about getting married and giving birth and automatically becoming a parent just like that; no, it entails more.

To be a parent requires your time, energy, support, prayers, resources, and other things. Being a parent is a blessing, and so anyone should be happy to become one. I am so eager to be a parent, and I know I will soon. About my family, they won't have any reason not to love and cherish me.
