My GYM journey! Weekly progress report [#2]

Hello. This week was full of energy. As I said I stopped drinking alcohol and I moved into diet/training. Lets talk how it looked:

Monday: I went to my first training after break, tbh I was shocked my Saiyan Power was almost the same, I was able to lift almost the same weights as before, but the real problem was my stamina. I was breathing so hard and completing the training required alot of mental strength. No problems with diet and I felt really good I had really good mood even without alcohol.

Tuesday: Off day, no training today like I said I have 3 gym sessions in week. I had alot of free time. Even streaming/gaming was hard. I missed alcohol but I won with myself and I managed to keep diet. I had a big Postexercise Muscle Soreness but I like it. Its kinda motivational.

Wednesday: I went to my another training physical strenght was still okay. I decided to take 200mg of Caffeine pre-workout and my stamina was better. The problem was with that big Postexercise Muscle Soreness it was so hard to train, while lifting weights pain was awesome. But I managed to finish training in a good way. Rest of the day was okay streaming time, talking with friends.

Thursday: Off day, I felt bad I mean I was again missing alcohol. But again I managed to keep my healthy lifestyle.

Friday: This time training was really good. I took again 200 mg Caffeine. Postexercise Muscle Soreness stopped to be so annoying. I finished my training and I spend another day having a good mood and ofc keeping diet.

Saturday/Sunday: I didn't even had time to stream. I had so much to do. I spend all my time on project (I will announce it in couple days) so I was not even thinking about alcohol etc. Time passed quickly and here we have Monday and Weekly Progress Report #2

Body measurement 8/10/2018

Height 170 cm (5.7 feet)
Weight 76kg -> 74.8kg
Waist 91 cm -> 89.5 cm

~What I noticed durning this week?

I noticed that days without training are really hard to maintain. I have so much time, bad mood and I want to drink. I think it needs time until I adapt to new lifestyle. But im not gonna give up! Also I lost some weight and cm in waist so thats good. Progress is there :)

~Training (nothing changed u can check it in Weekly Report #1)

~Diet

(no changes at all, I managed to lose some weight on those calories so there is no reason to change them, if ur not familiar with my diet u can check it in my Weekly Report #1)

~Supplementation (daily amount) (updated):

-Vitamin Pack from Olimp
-5g creatine
-vitamin d3 5000
-vitamin C 2000mg
-Omega 3 fish oil 3000mg
-ZMA (Zinc 15mg,Magnesium 375mg ,B6 2 mg) before sleep
-Ashwagandha 240 mg before sleep
-Melatonin 1 mg before sleep
-Caffeine 200mg pre-workout

Im looking forward into next week! I can't wait until I will get Shredded!

Thanks bro! Good to see bodybuilding challenges. Couple days ago with friend we started our Witness, and as we grow we will make some contests for body transformations etc. I think thats great idea. Time to make Steemians healthier.

Gettin' ripped man! Supplement stack looks good. If alcohol is your achiles heel I might recommend a gaba replacment on your recovery days to help get you over the hump. You could do this by taking a small dose of your ashgwahada and adding in L-Theanine on those recovery days
