Hello Steemians 💛现在国内的餐厅行业真是日益更新中,稍稍离开几个月就觉得自己落伍了。

就这几年间,发展出各种各样的菜系,甚是感慨国人的生活质量和幸福指数越来越高了,这点真的让海外的华人很羡慕吧。

Now the Chinese restaurant industry is really getting updated, it feels outdated to leave for a few months. In the past few years, various kinds of cuisines have been developed, and the quality of life and happiness of the Chinese people are getting higher and higher, which really makes the overseas Chinese very envious.

原来只吃过日式铁板烧,这次朋友却带我走进了一家传统湘菜的铁板烧—57度湘铁板烧。也不知道是怎样的创意能把湘菜和日式铁板烧结合在一起,在原本的铁板烧上,撒上各种湘菜的辣椒和湘菜独有的酱料,就完全变了一种感觉。

I used to eat only Japanese teppanyaki, but this time my friend took me into a traditional hunan dish of iron plate burning -- Teppanyaki Xiang . Also don't know what is the creative to hunan cuisine and Japanese teppanyaki together, on the original teppanyaki, sprinkle with a variety of hunan pepper and unique sauce, hunan was completely changed a feeling.

湘菜铁板烧的出现,对于我这种迷恋辣椒的人,真的是一个喜讯阿,你会看到冬瓜,土豆牛肉上都洒了辣椒,吃起来还真爽。餐厅里都是一圈圈围绕着厨师的餐桌,你可以和厨师面对面,看着普通的菜品变成变成了辣味劲爆的美味佳肴。

The appearance of the Hunan style teppanyaki is really a good news for me. You can see the wax gourd, the potato beef is sprinkled with chili, and it is really cool to eat. The restaurant is surrounded by a circle around the chef's table, you can meet the chef face to face, looking at ordinary dishes to become a spicy delicious food.

还真是第一次与厨师零距离接触阿,厨师小哥也真不容易,它不仅需要好的厨艺,还必须在专心做菜的同时,眼观四路,耳听八方,照顾好台面上的每一位客人,耐心听他们对口味的需求,只听见有些人喊道,大方加辣吧。果然是个性格火爆的妹子,只怕不辣。

This is my first time zero distance contact with chef, the chef cooks is really not easy, it requires not only good cooking, also must to do the dishes at the same time, the eye view four road, all ears, take good care of every guest table, patience to listen to their demand for taste, only heard some people shouted, and spicy. Sure enough, it was a hot girl, but not hot.

吃着吃着,突然背景音乐关掉,响起来室内的大bass音响,让我更惊讶的是,放起来57度湘的主题歌,好像是一首类似TFboys风格的青春活力快节奏歌曲,里面还有rap,好像是个台湾口音的男孩唱的,心想这也搞得太洋气了吧。紧接着开始放夜店嗨曲,厨师小哥哥们排队出来,拼跳舞才艺了,整齐划一的动作,有点韩国组合的意思?最后一曲江南style燃气气氛。现在的餐厅太会搞气氛,并且花样还真多阿。

This post is sitting at $249.05 which far exceeds any payout I have received from any of my projects intended to enrich the Steem Community via quality control and spam fighting.

Steem users and myself are frustrated that we struggle for crumbs operating under the presumption that maybe, just maybe, if we actually produce works of quality and projects in service to the community thereby adding the value to the blockchain that whales will attribute rewards to our labors.

Ideally, posts should be rewarded based on an honest assessment of value vice rewarding based on showing favoritism to friends and family. In the political realm, this sort of thing would be called cronyism. This ideal also corresponds with Steem ever achieving any semblance of being an meritocratic platform and people having an equal voice. No, I am not a socialist. I am just for people getting fair rewards in proportion to the value they add which avails us all.

I am not saying this post doesn't merit rewards. What I am saying is the degree of rewards you have appropriated has led to the post not merely being slightly overvalued but grossly overvalued.

I am making an appeal to you today to reconsider the wider scope and impact of your actions. What perception do you think this practice conveys to those outside of Steemit? It's not a good impression for talented content creators with integrity.
