I found this scene to be a little amusing. It looks to me as if those black scooters aren't very happy about seeing a blue scooter invading their turf. 😁
" − Hey Bluey! What are you doing here?"
" − Just resting. Is there a problem?"
" − Yeah. This is our ground. Go home if you don't want to get a black light."
" − The street is public. I'll stay here. You don't scare me, blackies!"
I hope no one finds this to be offensive. It's just a little joke.

I believe it's the entrance for a small apartment building. Judging by the sticker near the door, they seem to be fans of the Austrian Hockeyclub "Die 48er". 😁

even if the blue scooter is older this one has much more style than the others. why is getting everything more and more worse. i mean the quality and the design?
About the design, I don't really know... About the quality, I think it's mostly because of regulations. Weaker materials will cause less damage to others as well as to the driver, in case of an accident.
