An Indian Summer
It's been unseasonably warm the past few days, dry and calm weather for the most part. It feels like an Indian Summer, usually following will be a period of colder weather or frost in the late Autumn. The warm temperatures have been accompanied by dry, hazy conditions. An Indian summer is typically anywhere from a few days to over a week and may happen multiple times before winter arrives for good. It seems as though this is the first wave in the area that I'm in now, however, the locals have been saying it's like this throughout the entire month. It's not that bad just kind of unexpected, that's all.
The mornings and nights have been cold but the afternoons have been very hot, almost uncomfortable. This is one of my favorite times of the year, goodbye to sunshine and the start to the new winter season. The Holidays are right around the corner, my gosh this year's gone by fast.
So much for Spring, it's pouring down rain right now.
What I wouldn't give for some warmth this time of the year.
It was really nice, while it lasted.
It was a wonderful Indian Summer.
Wish I could go back.
Seems so far away.
My dream is to take hold of the #imagenposible the one you capture when looking up with the heart filter.
