So what is this "Astral projection" ?

Actually it's very simple to understand. It basically means that your soul can leave your physical body and it can travel trough this and other dimensions. When you leave your body, you can travel anywhere you want and meet all sorts of vibrational beings that you can't see with your physical eyes. After your soul detaches from your body, it is still connected to your body. This connection is called a cord. And this cord allows you to come back into your physical body. It is when you die, the cord detaches itself from your body and it releases your soul to the astral world forever...

Now you're probably wondering, is it dangerous ? 

I won't hide anything here... The short answer would be - YES IT'S DANGEROUS.

The reason why it's dangerous, is because you're always attached to your cord. It's said that your life cord could actually be cut off by the vibrational beings that live in the astral realm. Now I can't tell you if this is 100% true because if I had experienced that, I'd be dead now... Or if anybody else experienced it, they'd be dead as well. But basically, if you die when you're astral traveling, your physical body dies as well, at least that's what I've found on my research. 

Anyways, besides the possibility of death, there is more dangers to astral projection. These dangers are actually 100% real and it could happen to anyone if astral projection is attempted unprepared.

If you seek for a thrill and think of doing it just for the fun of it, then you might not enjoy the experience very much. See, astral projection is used for entering a higher consciousness. While you're in the astral, you have the ability to examine yourself.

You put your body and mind to sleep, but now you're in your subconscious mind. When one enters his subconscious mind, he can learn what the subconsciousness is trying to tell him. This way you can uncover many parts of yourself that you never even knew about because it was so deep inside your subconsciousness. 

Besides examining one's self, astral projectors have another desire - They all thirst for spirituality. Astral realm gives you the ability to have contact with a whole different reality outside yourself. By entering the higher consciousness, you get the ability to learn so many new things that you wouldn't have the possibility to learn by yourself.

But back to the danger part. Astral projection is not a sandbox where you go just to have fun. You have to be prepared for facing entities that are after you and your body. They can try to suck your energy out, but most importantly, it can scare the living hell out of you. 

And when you get scared in the astral realm, you'll be sacred in the real world. Everywhere you go, you'll imagine things and it will fuck with your head, possibly drive you to depression. So this is a real danger when it comes to astral projections. 

If you're curios and want to experience the astral realm, take you time, don't rush it. Be prepared for the worst. The less fear you have while attempting astral projection, the better your experience will be. Are you afraid to see an entity that you've never seen in your life ? If yes, then it's not yet time for you to venture into the astral realm. 

I would advise to get used to meditation, this way you will be able to enter the deep trance and somewhat experience the higher consciousness.
