Did you know? That ATM Machines have Alert System if you typed your PIN backwards? HOAX or What? - Volume #5
If in case you are in a middle of a situation where there's a thief that forces you withdraw money from your ATM, DO NOT Argue or resist and just follow what you are told to by the thief.

Next thing you do is punch in your pin #"BACKWARDS". If your pin is 1234 then type 4321. By doing that, the money will come out but will be stuck in the slot machine and the machine will automatically alert the authorities, without the thief's knowledge. Most of the ATM has this feature. HOAX or What?

This is not true I'm afraid, otherwise everyone with a palindromic pin would lose their cards and the authorities would be inundated with calls.
Examples of the types of pin that would cause this:
1221, 1212, 1111 etc.
