Vegetable juice
It can be sweet & boosting!
Some famous veggies for making fresh juice out of are:
- Beetroot
- Carrot
- Celery
- Ginger
You could combine them with fruit, although some say it's not the best decision.
But, it is approved, that lemon juice or some drops of raw vegetable oil in your juice, activates & dissolves some of the vitamins in a lot better way...
My best two advises for a fresh, nutritional, cleansing, purifying, detoxing and healing juice are:

Juicing gives you fast access to the blood stream for all those precious minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, contained in the raw vegetables & fruits.
Eating them whole is also a very good option for balancing your digestion system and the whole body, because you get all the fibers. They make you feel satisfied.
The real concept is to find your best local sources for fresh, possibly organically grown plants and to take care of yourself and loved ones.
