ITS Autumn - so its time for mushroom soup .

HEY HEY, today we cooked a delicious mushroom soup and it was fantastic.

So I wanted to share my recipe with you steem .

Here's step by step how to make this lovely soup:

  1. Prepare the mushrooms - clean them and cook in a separate pan for 30-40 minutes - for forest mushrooms and if you use champignons, then you can do it in 5 minutes.
    2)Prepare carrots, potatoes, onions. Clean them and cut them. I prefer to cut potatoes into large cubes. Carrots and onions are simply cut into small pieces.
    3)Take your frying pan and put carrots and onions there and fry until the onion turns golden.
    4)Take a large pan and put the water in it to make a broth (you can use mushroom knorr,blanca cubes) and put mushrooms to pan and cook it for about 25 minutes (its in high temperature, if you want more fragrance then you can cook longer in small temperature)
    then put the potatoes in there, wait 15 minutes and place onions and carrots and add salt and pepper, I suggest also add green seasoning then wait 15 more minutes and soup ready.
