Tarot Tuesday weekly reading for October 1st 2019
Rabbit, Rabbit!
Happy Tarot Tuesday! Welcome to another one of my weekly tarot card readings. I started posting these free readings monthly back in late 2015, and switched to weekly ones in early 2016. They are by far my most popular posts, as well as being one of my favorites to put together. The reading today is for the week of October 1st 2019.
If this is the first visit you've made to one of my tarot posts, thanks so much for stopping in!
If you've been here before, much appreciate the return visit!
Now on with the Tarot Tuesday fun. Since my readings are a little different than some other readers on other social media (although it's by no means original - I was actually inspired by a couple other WordPress bloggers), here's a quick rundown on how this works...
First, pick a card you are drawn to from the photo below. If more than one speaks to you, go ahead and pick that one too. You can even pick all three! When you've decided on your card (or cards), scroll down to the bottom of the page for the photo revealing the card faces, and your message for the upcoming week.
Also, don't be worried if you don't happen to see this exactly on Tuesday. The message will be ready and waiting for you whenever you get here. 😊
I should also mention...
Now, it's time to get started with your reading for the week of October 1st 2019. Here are the backs of the cards for this week (yep, it's a new picture every week). Take a moment to center yourself and focus. When you're ready, look at the photo, and decide which one (or ones) speaks to you. After that, scroll down to the bottom of the post for your message.
Next, to make sure you don't see the picture of the front of the cards before you've made your choice, I'm putting a graphic here as a bit of a spacer/spoiler prevention. I noticed this a few days ago in my Canva designs. I'd put it together for a post I did back in July of 2017. After looking at it with fresh eyes, I wasn't completely happy with how it turned out, so I tweaked it a bit. Here's the result...
Time now to reveal the front of the cards! Here's the picture...
...and my messages for each card are...
1. The Magician
You can create it. You’re powerful. Whatever the problem or issue is that you’ve been having, you have the the tools to solve it right at your fingertips. Don’t give away your power – claim it, use it, and you will be unstoppable. And while I know it might seem like a strange comparison, whenever I get this card, it reminds me to invoke my inner Dark Willow. Not in an "bringing about the Apocalypse out of sheer grief" kind of way - more of a "channeling the magic and tapping into your inner badass."
Tarot Tidbit: The Magician was last seen early this summer, when it was also in the first position, on July 9th, 2019 - prior to that, it had been over a year between appearances (specifically on May 8th, 2018)!
2. Page of Pentacles
Light bulb moment. You've had a sudden inspiration or revelation, and now you're eager to put things in motion. Go for it! This is a great time to work on manifesting those dreams. Pay close attention to what the Page is doing in this card, though - instead of racing forward, take careful, measured steps, and remember to keep your eyes on the prize and your feet firmly planted on the ground. Set goals, learn the necessary skills, and let common sense be your guide. Slow and steady wins the race!
Tarot Tidbit: Page of Pentacles hasn't been seen in just over two years! The last time, it was also in the second position on September 12th, 2017.
3. Ten of Cups
The Rainbow Connection. Sometimes it's hard to remember the good things in our lives, because we spend so much time struggling to overcome the bad. This card is a good reminder that our happiness doesn't come from money, it comes from within (although if anyone ever offers me a winning lottery ticket, I wouldn't refuse - LOL!). Take a closer look at the people in this card - they're wearing simple clothes, have a simple home, and they're as blissed out as they come. Stop looking outside of yourself for your happiness, and start focusing on being happy. Listen to that little voice in your head, telling you that your dreams can become a reality. Like the song says about that voice - I've heard it too many times to ignore it / It's something that I'm supposed to be /Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection, the lovers, the dreamers and me."
Tarot Tidbit: And to round out cards we haven't seen in a while, The Ten of Cups hasn't been seen in just over a year! The last time, it was also in the third position on September 4th, 2018. I'm not sure, but I think this is also the first time all three cards were in the same spot as the last time they popped up.
I hope you enjoyed your message for the week of October 1st 2019! Bright blessings to you!

STOP
How come each time I choose a card it is always spot on. No.2 for me this time and I have been brewing something that needs careful planning. Eyes on the price baby lol.
Sorry I've missed this. It has been quite some busy days! I won't have time to do a tarot post till next week I'm assuming. I still haven't written the two posts from this weekend I wanted out and a top 3 post too! Oh boy! Lol
I picked card number 2. It's got me thinking.
