If a steem user wants to post Steem Bangladesh, he has to pay 10% beneficiary.
This information is quite wrong. The condition of setting 10% beneficiaries is a must for daily topics only. The users can post without setting beneficiaries and he can get booming support also.
Last week we got 600 steem beneficiaries in the community account. We already powered up them. Nothing is permanent. There's no surity of delecation. Anyone can remove delecation in any time, because of that community account have to suffer from power loss. To avoid that situation only benifitiary is the solution. 10% beneficiaries is for the development of community. Many other communities are also following this.

This is also wrong. Those who have delegated 80% sp, only they are eligible for daily topics. Otherwise, we are supporting the posts with booming support. We are trying to curate other posts with sc07 and community accounts too. Majority of the users have no objection. We are giving the users high delegation rewards too.
You recently appointed 3 moderators in the steem Bangladesh community.. What factors do you focus on when choosing a moderator?
The moderators are chosen considering their activities and dedications towards our communities and steemit too. They are still new to their role. So its obvious they will make mistake often. Hopefully they will get used to their role.

We have the right to change the rules according to the development of our community. We mentioned every time that the rules might be change any time. It’s your responsibility to check the rules.
The posts that are selected in your community have a lot of kinship here. So, quality content creators are becoming discouraged
This information is also wrong. Words aren’t enough. You have to prove. There's 170+ active users. Almost 90% users doesn’t have any problem with our post selection. Why you have any problem with that? We cant satisfy every person.

The reasons you have shown are really inferior. I don't think you have the knowledge to run your community.Which can be understood by looking at your various posts.

First of all, it is not acceptable to increase community power in your face. You are a cr in Bangladesh and you are a community admin. You have given more than 95% SP power down from your account. If you have power down as a community moderator. Then what other weather will learn from you. How you force others to delegate to the SP of the community..
You look at the Steem SriLankan community how they have increased their power after no one like you has forced them but their power has increased.
By this time the power of Bangladesh community would have reached 2 lakhs if you could manage the community properly.
You try to support your own people and at certain times they give power down and start working again. Of course you will want proof of it, you are the proof yourself, your moderator and his proof.
You say 90% of people are satisfied '. I don't know if people are satisfied, but I'll show you. In such a situation, a new community of Bangladesh will be needed.
