Iguanas Are Falling 🦎🦎🦎

Apparently, the weather in Florida is so cold right now. Last few days, the temperature went down to low 30s and as the temperature dropped, so do the iguanas...
So many of them are falling from the trees!!!
Iguanas are cold-blooded creatures so that when outside gets too cold, they get stunned and frozen.

Low temperature won't kill those creatures so they are not dead (probably) but it makes them immobile.

When the temperature goes up again, they will wake up (hopefully), but the falling iguanas are a little bit scary 😱

最初みたときはイグアナが空から落ちてきて死んじゃってるのかと思ったけど、寒すぎて凍えてるだけだそうです。
地元の人は、凍ったイグアナを拾ってきて、"chicken of the trees"とかいって、イグアナの肉を売っている人もいるとか。。。凄すぎ
