Diet of fruits, vegetables and lean meat

The diet consisting of lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables mimics an aquella that follows our earliest ancestors and, its proponents suggest, better fits our genetics and digestion. This diet, represented in the "Paleo Diet" Plan, can be quite healthy, but also very restrictive. High protein content ensures that you get a lot of fiber and nutrients through the consumption of raw fresh produce. The diet does not place limits on the amount of fruits, vegetables and meat you can get (but also prohibits the consumption of many foods that do not fall into these categories.
You can eat unlimited amounts of lean cuts of meat. Focus on seafood, chicken or skinless white meat, pork tenderloin, steak, bison and game meat.

Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you want. Do not limit your consumption of these products. You can eat many of them, especially raw to maximize your nutritional value and fiber content. Look for high-volume, low-calorie vegetables such as lettuce, broccoli, pumpkin and cauliflower.

Substitute butter, margarine and animal shortening. Use olive oil, flaxseed, walnuts and avocado to help lower your intake of saturated fats. Make natural oils and vegetable derivatives the basic fats you consume in your diet.

Avoid all foods that were probably not available to people from the time when you could only hunt and collect (this includes peanut butter, pasta and all products containing flour). Forget about all grains, legumes (beans, peas and soybeans), dairy, refined sugar, vegetables with starch and coffee, because none of this was available prior to the introduction of agriculture.

Stay away from yeast and salt. Do not eat baked goods, pickles, vinegar or any other that has gone through a fermentation process, because none of them is a source of fiber or vitamin B quality, such as fruits and vegetables. Spice the food with garlic or onion powder, citrus juices, cayenne, cayenne and chili powder, in addition to other natural spices that will improve health and will not cause inflammation, as if salt.
