My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020
Sunday is mostly perceived as a day of rest. At least it's supposed to be a day of less work than every other day. Conversely, it is one of the most busiest days for me, and that day's activities involves more of physical work than official work. This encourages my fitness activities.
Today in particular, I joined a prayer walk, which was organized by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to speak against the incessant killings of innocent Nigerians by various terrorist groups and other forms of insecurity in the land.
