My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2019
Stayed busy today weeding in the garden for so many hours, only get 4.5K. Then go to work and put in an average night and get above 21K. Funny how activities that wear one out does not necessarily make you get Ks. Or be best for ones health. All in all I’m whipped from this day and got an early job day tomorrow.
