1st CR Weekly Report - Venezuela / Greeter Fairly (September 11 to 20, 2020)
This is the first report to inform about my job in Steemit as Country Representative (CR) for Venezuela and as Greeter Fairy.
All this has been a great surprise for me, I received the invitation to be CR on September 9 and the delegation of SP for these tasks on September 11, since then the work has not stopped, it has been continuous and very interesting too.
I currently work with a great team, led by @mariita52, @edlili24, @anasuleidy, @adeljose for Venezuela, and for Argentina @fendit and @belenguerra.
My Job
I have dedicated myself to receiving the new members of Steemit in our country giving them a warm welcome so that they feel supported and accompanied, in the same way I have reviewed the introductory posts of the new members, I have invited them to be part of a community created especially to be formally announced "Newcommer's Community".
Likewise, to the new Spanish-speaking members of Steemit (not only Venezuela), I have given the instructions to opt for the Minnow Support program, I have seen a lot of receptivity from all the people I "visit" and that makes me happy.
At the same time, I am part of the curator team for the steemcurator03 accounts dedicated to voting for the introductory posts of the newcomers who have not yet entered the Newcommer’s Community and the new members who have successfully completed Achievement 1 of the Minnow Support program. And with the account steemcurator05 we are voting for the participants of The Diary Game for Venezuela.

My job doing Achievement Verification 1 in Newcommer’s Community
In this task, 15 users have been verified who have successfully completed achievement 1, my colleagues CR -Venezuela have also participated in this task, they help me to capture them, they are verified and I make the final report in the database that we keep

My job as a curator
Through the steemcurator03 account, I have voted the 41 users who have welcomed him as newcommer’s and those who have made a post to present themselves on Steemit during their entry.
And with the account steemcurator05, I have voted at least 46 participants of #thediarymage.
Other contributions
Recently @cryptokannon appointed me moderator in Newcommer’s Community so that my functions are identified each time I make a direct contribution with new users
In the same way, I continue to be in direct contact with the companions of The Diary Game, making my daily visits and offering my unconditional support.
I did a contest called My Confident "the diary", in The Diary Game, este es el link, where the participant should give their "diary" a creative and fun name.

I am very grateful to be working together with a great CR team (@ mariita52, @ edlili24, @anasuleidy, @adeljose and myself (@ tocho2), to the friends @fendit and @belenguerra with whom we share functions and tasks, and to extensive Steemit team.
I cannot say goodbye if I thank the welcome with beautiful words and the support that the participants and colleagues of The Diary Game have given me, I believe that we are a great family and we must not lose contact in the community.
Special thanks are also due to the great team at @steemitblog for having invited me to participate with you in the welcome and healing projects, the friends of the @steemcurator01 healing project for their constant support, and @cryptokannon who coordinates the Steem Greeters and STEEM team POD project of The Steemit Team, who has given me all the guidance I have needed to fulfill assignments.
