You need to know that everything that happens in your life is caused by qadha and qadar from Allah SWT. Qadha and qadar here means that everything that happens in our lives has been arranged by Allah SWT and there is wisdom.

So you should always ask God for help so that you are given instructions for the problem you are having.

You pray earnestly, practice other circumcision practices such as dhikr and reading the Koran. If you cry, cry in prayer or while praying. I am sure you will feel relieved.
