Your Health is All You Need

Its been a while since i was active on Steemit. I have been missing you guys. A week ago, i went to work just to realise i wasnt feeling good. I took a blood test to find out what was wrong with me and my doctor concluded that i had a bacteria infection which is progressing really fast. I was feeling very much cold with a slight headache and body ache. It started that afternoon and i thought it wasnt serious so i continued to goto work. I realised it was serious only at work and had to return home and stick to my medicine.

I have been constrained to my bed all this while and havent been engaged in much.A bacterial infection is one of the worse probable infections that you can ever get and its treatment is quite dicy due to how bacteria easily grow resistance to antibiotic. I wanted to be cock sure that the bacteria had been flushed out of my system so i continued to finish up my dose even when i realised the body pains and other symptoms had gone.

Being healthy is the best gift you can ever get. That was all i was thinking about when the pains were getting into my head. I began to miss how feeling healthy was and at a point, i would do anything just to return to my natural state. It wasnt a nice feeling at all and yet we often take it lightly that we are healthy. We allow the cares of life to trouble our mind that we fail to appreciate what we have already. Being healthy alone is a great gift given to us by God and we must endeavour to appreciate it.
