I have prepared some special food kachi, roast, tikia, and Bengali salad for Bengali entertainment from here I will share the recipe for roast with you let's see what ingredients.28 pieces of roast meat, 6 pieces of onion, 4 pieces of onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, 4 pieces of garam masala, 5 pieces of cardamom, red pepper, potato Bakara, raisins, cashew nut paste, sour curd, tomato sauce, cook roast Masala, red chillies, green chillies, milk, bay leaves, salt as per quantity, oil.

prepared method
Clean the roasts well and spread them well with enough salt. Place a pan on medium heat on the stove and add enough oil. After the oil gets hot, fry the roasts until they turn light red. After frying, add chopped onion, hot spices, cardamom, pepper, bay leaf and fry well in that oil. When the colour of the onion turns brown, add the fried roasts. After frying for a while add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, red chilli powder, Radhuni roast masala, sour curd, tomato sauce, cashew nut paste, and salt to taste.

I will grind the spices for some time. I did not use any kind of water for grindingTake seven cups of milk powder mixed with water and grind the spices with this add little by little 3 times. Then I will add five to six cups of milk and add some whole green chillies on top and keep the gas medium and after 30 to 20 minutes take it down. In 30 to 20 minutes the roast has to be stirred a little or else it will stick to the pan due to sour curd and milk. After 30 minutes, remove from the roast and serve.
