Mostly people are taking care about the food but here I am going to discuss that for the physical health it is not only important that you should take the healthy food,But it is important to make them mentally strong because in this most are going in a wrong direction and there is no one to guide them and to help them how to take care of your mentality how to balance Things.
Most of the time in the age of 13 to 18 the people are trying to going to gym which is not good for their body because they should focus on the food they should take the breakfast on time they should avoid the different juices which are available in the market they should take the shakes at home.
They should avoid going outside and eat different stuff which is not good for the health although they need the high fats and calories from the fast food but I think that is available in a good market or so you should take it otherwise you should ignore it use the homemade fast food that will be good for your health and the drink you make at home with natural fruit juices at will be more helpful for your health rather than doing outside and drink soft drink there.

Different need of the body is to make it hydrated and always eat on time so you should take care of your food you should be careful that it will not overweight you because if you got over weighted in the teenage so it will make more problem for you in future at the age of 30 plus you should be worry about the fatty food.
It is good that you focus on the vegetable fruits and and those food which are fat less.
The most important thing as if you want to stay healthy you should keep calm your emotions and you should have control on your mentality if you control your mentality your Physical health will always be staying good and where is the need of a person.
