Why you should engage with the Steemit community (Daily vlog #19)
Friday is here!
In today's vlog I talk about engaging with the community and what it means to me when someone properly interacts with my content. It's SO important when you are building a following as well as putting new content out there, to engage with each other to support others while they continue to support you.
Give honest and full opinions and encourage others to keep posting content you love, if you don't like something, maybe offer an alternative topic or theme you would like, keep it positive and let's continue building a great community here on Steemit and Dtube.

Think it is cool how the tags are kind of being used tribally i'd say in building a network of people who are talking about and doing things you are interested in. Good Friday words!
It’s a really useful tool to be able to immerse yourself in a tag or category. Especially here on @dtube with everyone taking part in the daily work, it’s a nice way to keep inspired and get great feedback by those who are working at it alongside you. Thanks for stopping by!

I’d love to have a real life meet up with people on here, being able to have an actual face to face conversation about the platform would be so motivating for me I think. I haven’t been over to @dlive yet, I think when I get more confident in my content and more organised I might check it out for the live work but for now I’m happy to build off my current vlogs. I totally agree with you. It's so annoying to see those "Nice article. I followed you, follow back" posts. What many newbies don't know that even a lot of these posts are made by bots. And so they answer to bots which post stuff like "Nice post".
Yeah! I mean, sometimes you might not have much time to write a load out, but even something that is slightly productive or a small explanation of why the video was interesting is a good start. I tend to look for comments more than the value of upvotes, because the interaction on my content helps me improve and grow.

I'm really happy about the consistent message I feel the #dailydtubers are promoting in regards to genuine engagements and interactions to create community. I think having that as a foundation and an understanding of fair energy exchange between equally giving and receiving on the platform will only create success for us all, and best of all the most rewarding connections!
