Hello fellow streemers! (Honestly, I'm not really sure if we are called that)

Well, I'm gonna start by saying I'm new here, though I'm pretty sure most of you must already know that, being this is my introduce yourself article, so yea I am going to get on that now.

My username is @theviolentheart, I know strange and the name is Natasha, not so strange I hope, I'm 20 years old and currently a university student, majoring in international finance. now let's get over with this boring stuff and come to the interesting part, shall we?

I am an unshakable optimist with a huge range of hobbies and a variety of passions, though most people only have one of them. I happen to have many, one of them of course being writing. i love to provide my readers with a variety of content, ranging from finance to fashion, business to beauty and more than anything, content on self growth with a personal touch, and even though i like to write about all that i mentioned above, my top interest always did and always will lie with fiction, as it was my first love.

I currently have a blog in which i write about all the above mentioned things, except fiction as my first novel is still work in progress and then i also have recently enrolled in hubpages, I'm not sure if you know about that, but it's a revenue sharing website where writers can blog about anything they like and generate some passive income, i basically joined that website because i really wanted to write about mythology. Ever since my childhood, i always found myths from every culture and religion as very intriguing and i believe with all the years i put into researching almost each of them, i really have gained a lot of knowledge about a lot of myths so i wanted to share the same with others who find them interesting as well.

I believe a writer cannot possibly be a writer without first being a reader and hence I have always been a very curious reader ever since I was able to read, so I will be looking forward to what this community has to offer as a reader as well.

My other hobbies include singing and dancing though I'm not sure if I'm good at any of them, playing basketball, camping, trekking and travelling. I am a HUGE Nature lover and i try my best to capture the breathtaking views around me into my camera, though It's almost next to impossible to lock up the beauty around me in a small frame, i still try my best.

Music is my life and it will be very hard for me to survive without it for even a day. Once upon a time I also had a thing for painting but I soon realised I'm miserable at it and, well, gave up. I'm in no way a fitness or health freak but I do tend to give a very huge importance to mental health, mine and everyone else's included as I am quite familiar with the struggle of getting it back on track so I also write about mental health every once in a while.

Two years ago, i failed miserably in my passion, my articles got rejected from a lot of magazines, my blog wasn't doing good either, actually it was doing worse and i couldn't even seem to write my novel because of all that stress and the fact that i had put so much of effort in each of those things and it still went into drain made me a person who gave up easily on things, basically a rolling stone. Flash forward to 2020 and thanks to quarantine, I learnt consistency is the key to everything and without consistent efforts, we won't get anywhere. I still am broke like before but atleast I'm happy and satisfied with what I do and I would try my best to continue being the same. I actually have written the whole story regarding the same on my hub, (hubpages blog) so I'll link it down for anyone who is interested in reading that.

i basically joined this website yesterday but unfortunately wasn't familiar with this #introduceyourself post, that's why i am doing this today, better late than never.

At the end i would like to say, I always look forward for new experiences so similarly, I'm very much looking forward for gaining some new experience and of course knowledge here, i would love to get to know this community more, while getting more familiar with the site itself because honestly, i have a heck lot to learn about this site.
