Challenge Completed - Legs Day 580 reps on October 15

I thought I should bust out another legs session last night. I went back to my normal gym last night and it's bloody worse than ever.
It's not the biggest gym and there was like 50 people + crammed in to there, it really kills your training session when you can't get on equipment. The only reason I went back there is because they have a seated leg curl machine, which the new gym I have been going to doesn't have.

Because the gym was so packed last night I didn't do an abs session and will be leaving that till tonight.
My legs are one of those muscle groups that I don't really have to train much, they hold muscle really well and are solid as.
The strength in my legs are really good too.
I really feel like I'm getting the drive again to get in the gym more, this is the first time I have been in the gym on a Monday for a while now. Normally when I get home from work I just can't be stuffed, so I think this is a good sign.

Meals

Breakfast I had some eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomato and kale.
Lunch was a stirfry and protein shake.
Dinner I had savoury mince and garlic bread.
After the gym I had a burrito and some fruit.

Did your protein shake has BCAA ? How much protein do you take?

Protein shakes have bcaas, as protein breaks down to the amino acids ;)

I have about hmm 150 grams of protein a day, maybe more never bothered monitoring it
