Working On It, Working Through it
There's never a dull moment in life if you're doing it right, imho. There's always something new to learn and achieving balance is like riding a bike - you've got to keep moving and adjusting your being in minor & sometimes major ways. As I continue to work on my self/self mastery, along with acquiring new skills in the process, new challenges continue to present themselves requiring me to improvise, adapt, overcome & accept certain things. It can be frustrating at times, but thankfully taking my ass out for a walk with #actifit to injoy a good #activemeditation really helps keep me centered & in the present. I can get caught up in my head sometime and project myself too far into the future so working out is a welcome remedy that assists me with patience & embracing the process. Shoveling & other workouts help too but there's something about taking a walk in the falling snow that just soothes my Soul on another level.

I mean you said that was a problem you have, no doubt one of many, but I think you could also use it to your advantage. lol.
