Of Struggles & Strength...
What You Make Of It
Some say/believe 'the struggle is real' ... and while that may be so...it is my humble opinion that struggle is merely fertilizer for strength. I prefer to focus on a more positive affirmation -- 'it is the strength within that is real'.
I decided to touch on it in this post since I've been meditating on it alot as of late (yup, working with/through that strugglish type energy can do that if you're willing to allow some Sacred Space into the mix).
Ahhh well, the only things left to do now are.... unleashing the fury hahaha & getting out of my own way LOL!
A little about my actifitivity today:
Nothing fantastical, just some work around the house as usual. I also got in some light cardio/aerobics to help release some blockages & get my energy flowing in the right direction.

Do you know about the Mercola's exercises for reducing blood pressure and increasing bone density? I started doing them 3 times a day a month or so ago. Only in our sultry hot weather, it's so hard to keep doing them.
Trying to stay 'light' and not beat myself up when I can't always do them. But I know we always feel so much better when we continuing with such programs. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎
I am not yet familiar with those exercises, however you've definitely piqued my interest Ally 😀
I can be pretty hard on myself too..Remember that every bit counts SiStar 💯 and some days are better than no days. So important to trust the wisdom within our Beingness. There are times when its best not to force something, even if that something is good for us. All in Divine Time 😍😉

I was at a Qi Gong class today ~ Even though we were in the shade of trees, it was getting pretty hot. At one stage I left the class and found a tap and slashed myself down with water. Was so refreshing and I then had the energy to continue ~ Whereas, in the past, I would have just soldiered on and perhaps been much the worse for it.

Yes the struggle is real for each and everyone of us. But the struggle makes us feel alive and challenge life head on. We get burned out sometimes but we just need to keep on going.

I love how I've been struggling since the beginning of the year but I keep finding messages like yours. Indeed, these struggles are the ones that makes us stronger, that validates our growth and guides us to the path we should be walking on.
Please share more about this! And meditation, I think there are many people who are beginning to show so much interest in spirituality and want to find themselves. Me included!
