On The Immigration Problem

There exists a serious problem on the U.S. border with Mexico.

It is important to note that both Barack and Michelle Obama are devotees of Sol David Alinsky.
Hillary Clinton, who wrote her thesis on Alinsky at the highly exclusive and expensive Wellesley College during her student days at that College, is also a big fan of Alinsky.

One of Alinsky’s recommendations for getting changes “from the ruling class or those in power is to overload the system.

“If you can break it, you have established a need for those in power to fix it.”

Democrats believe that if they can bring more illegal aliens into America that those aliens will become Democratic voters.

Thus, for no humanitarian reasons, the Democrats are desperate to curry favor with the illegal aliens, no matter how much harm they may cause to America and American citizens.

After refusing to enforce existing law as required by their respective oaths of office, Obama, Holder, Napolitano and many other Democrats allowed the ranks of illegals to swell to an estimate of more than 11 Million people.

They deliberately took action which intentionally drew thousands of “children” to our country.

They deliberately extended an irresistible invitation to people in Central America to send children to America with the belief that those “children” will be given a free pass to remain in America., Evidence of their deliberate act is the fact well in advance of the arrival of those children, the Obama administration advertised for traveling companions to take 90,000 illegal children from our southern boarders to major inland cities. That advertisement also correctly estimated the number of “children” who would be coming, during 2012, thereby evincing the fact that they knew that their actions would cause this influx of” children” and that they knew in advance, and they knew in advance number of “children” who would arrive.

This is indeed a planned disaster designed to overload the system. Dr. Ben Carson has observed that the writings of Vladimir Lenin, Sol Alinsky and Karl Marx all urge the proponent of system of government change to cause such problems that the citizens of the target government become so disappointed by the ineffectiveness of their current government that those citizens become ripe for “fundamental” change. This so called “humanitarian disaster” is a deliberate attempt by uber-liberal communists to ruin America.

Gullible liberals have raced to the microphones to decry this “humanitarian disaster” of illegal “children” being held in cramped filthy holding quarters.
The liberals declared that this disaster is merely flight from Honduras, which they declare is “the murder capital of the world.” We thought that that the gun violence, murder capital of the world is the liberal run City of Chicago! (The home town of Rob Emanuel, Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson and a host of uber-liberals).

Perhaps the most hilarious attempt at a “heart rending” speech was Nancy Pelosi’s speech saying that “all of these “children” possess “the gleam of God within them, and therefore we all have an obligation to protect and care for those “children.” “ We wonder how Americans are supposed to rationalize this Pelosi pronouncement with her position on abortion, particularly late term abortion.

Upon their arrival, these “children” seek out and surrender themselves to American border patrol agents. The agents then are precluding from guarding the border and relegated to trying to care for these children, now referred to as “Diaper Duty.”

This makes our Southern border totally porous. Drug smuggler and human traffickers are making a fortune moving goods, wares and people across our now unguarded southern border.

While the grinning idiots in Washington and their acolytes are thrilled, it is vital to understand what is actually happening:

MEDICAL ISSUES

These illegal aliens are bringing a medical disaster to the U.S. which the medical profession states, which could become far more deadly than 9/11.

History teaches us that the Incas, the Mayans, other natives of the new world were decimated and virtually wiped out by diseases brought to the Americas by people arriving from Europe. The natives had no natural immunity or other defenses to these diseases.

During the black plague in medieval times, enemies (frequently hordes of religious zealots) would use catapults to launch the bodies of those who had succumbed to the plague into the fortifications of enemies they were attacking. That earliest method of biological warfare was amazingly successful.
We have only to look back 100 years in our own history to see how millions of Americans were lost to an amazingly virulent epidemic of influenza that decimated our country to understand how disease imported from elsewhere can devastate America. The author’s own grandfather was lost in that 1913 biological disaster.

We know that these illegal aliens are so overloading the system that the normal health screenings that had historically been performed on arriving immigrants for hundreds of years cannot now be performed.

How much is the current administration concerned about these diseases? So much so that, during 2014, Congressmen and the press were being denied access to the compounds, at which these “children” were being held (leading to claims of censorship being expressed by many of the nation’s leading newspapers). So great was the Obama administration concerned about the diseases being brought into our country, that the doctors and nurses working to care for the “children” at those compounds were warned that if they revealed any information about the health concerns about these “ children,” not only would those doctors and nurses lose their jobs, they would be arrested.

Even members of Congress were denied access to holding facilities in their own congressional districts.

Yet, we know that as a result of the diseases being brought into our country by this influx of illegal alien “children, all of the following was true in 2014”:

Dengue fever was found to be in Florida (According to the Center for Disease Control (the “CDC”) this is a serious viral disease which frequently results in death. There is no vaccine to protect a person from this debilitating disease, which causes bone and muscle damage).

Hemorrhagic Fever was found to be spreading to other inland locations from Texas border towns. (This is a viral disease causing bleeding disorders which frequently result in extremely high fevers, shock and death) Hemorrhagic Fever is similar in nature to E-Bola and is spread from victim to victim in the same ways as E-Bola, which is known to spread through a population readily.

E-Coli intestinal parasites was found to be arriving from Mexico.

Scabies (a contagious disease in which a mite burrows under the victim’s skin, lays eggs and multiplies. This disease if most dangerous to those with lower immune capabilities and the elderly) was being discovered among arriving aliens.

Drug resistant Tuberculosis was found in many new arrivals. The victims of thisTuberculosis are already coughing up blood. We know that TB is readily spread and the fact that this variety is drug resistant means that we have no cure for this disease.

Swine Flu infected some of the Border Patrol agents then assigned to diaper duty.

Measles was found to be carried by illegal aliens and became a renewed concern of the American medical profession.
Of course, a recent outbreak of measles at Disneyland and other locations in southern California was regarded by the uber-liberals as “mysterious.” This has outbreak gave rise to a debate as to whether school children should be required to be vaccinated.

Chicken Pox was also spread by new arrivals.

Head lice is rampant among the new arrivals.

Bacterial Pneumonia was diagnosed among Border Guards on Diaper Duty.

Several of the border guards on diaper duty were also reported as having become infected by the deadly Small Pox

Most deadly is the discovery of leprosy arriving on illegals from Guatemala and San Salvador. (This disease causes disfiguring sores and commonly leads to the loss of hands and feet. (This long dreaded disease is a viral disease which attacks the nervous system. Leprosy can cause blindness and may require the removal of nerve dead fingers and/or toes as well as feet and hands to prevent death caused by dead body parts).
In 2016, Leprosy is still being discovered in American school children living on the west coast.

It is well known, that during the Medieval Period, Bubonic Plague also known as the Black Death killed a large percentage of the entire world’s population. That Black Death was also caused by migration of the disease (from China to Western Europe). Long believed to have been wiped out, Bubonic Plague has now been diagnosed in some people in Colorado. Is this known to have come from sick people crossing our Southern Border? Although that particular connection has not yet been confirmed, it certainly is now here and it came from somewhere.
Recent swabs taken in the New York subway system have been analyzed for the existence of disease. The presence of Bubonic Plague and other diseases have been detected in those swabs.

In June of 2015, a star young athlete in Denver Colorado was pronounced dead of Bubonic Plague .

That plague kills a high percentage of all who contract the disease within 2-4 weeks of infection.

During 2013, the World Health Organization reported a frighteningly severe outbreak of E-Bola in several countries in western Africa. This 2015 outbreak of E-Bola has been described by the World Health Organization as the worst outbreak of that disease in history.

E-Bola is viral and is spread readily from human to human.
E-Bola is contracted by contact with bodily fluid (including perspiration). The virus can live in the fluid for a significant time after the fluid has left the infected host. Hence, if the infected person were to leave perspiration on the arm of a seat in a plane, another passenger could be infected by accidently putting an arm on the sweat coated area of the seat. The spread of the disease is made more difficult to control because the disease has a 21 day incubation period during which symptoms of the disease may not be manifest.

E-Bola kills a very high percentage (reportedly 90%) of those infected with the disease. E-Bola could easily be imported to the United States by an unscreened alien.
Amazingly, two other facts have been reported:

There is no effective cure for E-bola. There are very few facilities reported to be capable of maintaining a quarantine of infected individuals.
Are uberliberal Democrats so desperate for additional votes what they may see as potentially additional “friendly” votes that they are willing to jeopardize the lives of American citizens for their own political objectives?

It would be astoundingly simple for a group wanting to harm Americans to smuggle E-bola infected individuals of any age across the southern border of this country.

During the last week of July, 2014, The Florida State Board of Health reported that the Ocean waters off the south east coast of Florida contained Flesh Eating Bacteria. Several people were afflicted with these bacteria. The affliction is extremely painful and is very likely to cause death.

Simultaneously, it was reported that over 30,000 illegal alien “children” were secretly (without prior notice to State or local authorities) relocated (transported) by the Obama administration to no fewer than the following States:
Maryland
Texas
Indiana
Virginia
Massachusetts, and
Florida.
Although the Center for Disease Control has not yet determined with absolute certainty that the presence of the Flesh Earing Bacteria is a direct result of the relocation of these illegal alien “children” to Florida, we can only report on the timing coincidence of both occurrences.

Many of these diseases are fatal to most people and there is no cure for many who will contract some of these diseases.

Diseased illegal alien children are now being placed in our local schools.

In addition, our schools, hospitals and social services are already being overwhelmed. Attorney General Holder prevented States from stopping and deporting these aliens and the federal government required States and local governments to bear the incredible financial burdens while providing no federal money to the governmental agencies to defray those costs It is painfully ironic that the moron in the White House who believes (and wants everyone else to believe) that he will be remembered for his great concern for the health of Americans Obama is about to become the most reviled person to have ever set foot on American soil. He will be remembered and hated as the one responsible for a medical disaster of biblical proportion.

The tragic deaths and suffering caused by this idiot for potential political gain will be devastating to families everywhere.

In addition to this disastrous disease time bomb there are several other serious deleterious consequences of our porous border,

CRIME

We are unable to interdict drug smuggling.

We are being invaded by dangerous gang members. The border patrol has said that among the so called unfortunate “children“ crossing the border are many males over 18 years of age carrying tattoos identifying them as members of MS-13, one of the most vicious gangs in the world. It has been reported that to become a member of this gang, one must have verifiably committed at least one murder and at least one rape.

We are being invaded by drug cartels, thereby assuring the rampant drug related violence in our cities towns and schools. So many American families have suffered the death of a loved one because of these drug dealers. Drug deaths are particularly rampant in New Hampshire and Chicago has experienced more than 3000 deaths caused in no small part by gun violence perpetrated by drug dealers protecting their sales turf.

In the face of these disasters. Our uberliberal Democrats are whining for the abolition of ICE and for the creation of sanctuary cities and states.

We are being invaded by persons already previously deported in the past for serious violations of criminal law.

TERORISM

Most dangerous to the U.S. requires us to recall that many U.S. citizens are now training with ISIS to become jihadist terrorists sworn to destroy the infidel U.S.A.

It would be so easy for Jihadist to have a few West Africans afflicted with E-Bola imported into the US over the Mexican border thereby causing a biological disaster in America killing multitudes of Americans by horrible deaths and suffering while at the same time raining down terror throughout our country. Are a few more potential democratic votes really worth this risk?

Incidentally, we know that Jihadists are found throughout Africa as well as many other parts of the world.

It is a known fact that Jihadists are paying substantial amounts of money to “coyotes” to smuggle Jihadists into America. We also know that the MS-13 gang members illegally crossing the border are being paid $50,000 a piece to smuggle “special” persons over with hem. These “special persons” are Jihadists.

Many of those Jihadists already smuggled in have formed “sleeper cells” in various American cities and States. One of those cells has been identified and broken up.

However, we are all familiar with the fact that it was a sleeper cell which carried off the 9/11 disaster.

The union leaders of the Border Guard Union has reported that recent detainees (reported by the liberal press and liberal bureaucrats as “children” include 18-20 year old former residents of Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, Iran and Iraq,. Many of these people are arriving from countries which have threatened to exterminate Americans. We know the damage caused by the Boston bombers whose explosives were small enough to fit in a pressure cooker.

The contents of a single back pack could contain sufficient explosives to duplicate the horrors of the Boston Marathon bombing. On a Saturday evening on September ,2017, a Jihadist bomb detonated in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, was so powerful that it lifted and threw a huge metal dumpster into the middle of 23erStreet, from its location more than 25 feet away. As a result of this jihadist blast, the huge reinforced metal dumpster was torn to shreds. Several people were injured in this incident. The injuries were not surprising, because the NYC police and the FBI revealed that the explosive device employed was an anti-personnel, Pressure cooker device filled with shrapnel.

We also know that many of these nationals have been recruiting and training suicide bombers.

While our uberliberal Democrats are in such a hurry to convey refugee status, we should note that all of the people of Gaza and the Palestinians would be escaping from dangerous areas.

How many members of Hamas are we looking to welcome into America?

We are well aware of the fetish that suicide Jihadists have manifested to bringing down American aircraft. In the 9/11 attack, four American aircraft were crashed, Lockerbie, and attempts to bring down aircraft have included the shoe bomber, the underwear bomber and other attempts.

Airlines flight off the coast of Long Island implies the possibility of successful domestic missile attacks.

We are also well aware that many shoulder held missile launchers are in the hands of Jihadists, curtesy of Obama administration.

We know that these missile launchers can be disassembled, carried in relatively small parts and then reassembled once the parts have been smuggled into the United States.

These returning terrorists are unlikely to be flying into JFK airport with a small nuclear bomb in a phosphorescent red suitcase with the word “Bomb” stenciled on the outside of the suitcase.

The most likely point of entry will be the Mexican border and the small nuclear bomb (dangerously explosive or simply a dirty bomb) can be carried cross the porous border with no problem. Research has indicated that a small nuclear bomb can be constructed so small that it could easily be carried in a briefcase. The returning terrorist and his nuclear bomb could easily be picked up by another terrorist, who is already here, and driven by car or by truck to any location of their choosing.

Jihadists desiring to destroy the infidel U.S.A., have already shown that they seek to destroy that which will give them the most notoriety (i.e. the biggest bang for their buck).
On the east coast, Washington D.C. has many targets that would satisfy their blood lust. New York also has many prominent but soft targets such as theaters, prominent buildings and Transportation hubs.

The west coast would probably have the greatest interest for the jihadists. For example, Hollywood is home to the entertainment industry which is particularly vulgar to jihadist who see Hollywood as the source of international infidelity. Jihadists have often denounced the people of Hollywood as the purveyors of “lose morals and sexual deviancy.”

Such an event might be sparsely attended because it is most unlikely that TV “red carpet” interviewers will have any interest in asking young (but then former) stars and starlets wearing sewed rags covering their once magnificent bodies and beautiful faces by then tragically disfigured with the hideous sores of leprosy and the loss of fingers, toes, hands and feet caused by leprosy. The older performers may by then have long ago succumbed to other fatal diseases brought across the border by illegal aliens.

Frankly, there is really no absolute need for terrorists to engage in an elaborate scheme to smuggle in sophisticated weapons for them to create disasters.

Recent history and Americas struggles with massive forest fires has amply proved that mega- disasters could be caused by something as unsophisticated as a book of matches.

Uber-liberals accuse those expressing concerns about our borders as nothing more than anti- Mexican. These liberals and the liberal media cannot deal with real facts, so they suggest that the concerns are racist. Whenever they are confronted with incontrovertible logic, they have no real se Uber-liberals answer, so they instinctively scream racism!

In fact, it is not any prejudice against any particular ethnic group or any form of Xenophobia that impels the need to stop this disaster, but, the need to protect both our citizens and to protect the arriving “children” themselves.

Uberliberals argue that aliens commit fewer rimes than native borne Americans. According to these uberliberals, these illegal aliens are all hard working, tax paying, choir boy, high school valedictorians. Tell that to America’s multitude of gold star “angel” families who lost loved ones to illegal criminals.

Rather than engage in their ridiculous game of statistics, we simply present a report of the summaries of those crimes committed by liens plus a statistical summary of those newspaper reports.. These matters are all reported in various newspaper throughout the U.S.

Aid to Terrorists

All of the forgoing, while horrific, represents only a small percentage of the felonies committed by illegal aliens recently. In 2015, we have been witness to reports of other horrific felonies committed by illegal aliens including: the tragic death of Kate Steinle while strolling with her father on a popular tourist attraction pier in San Francisco and the rape-murder of a 63 year old grandmother in Los Angeles. These, and many other crimes are a result of the failure to enforce existing law by official decision in “sanctuary cities.”

The solution to the problems created by the eleven or twelve million illegal aliens presently in this country is not going to be solved by the mass deportation of all of these illegal aliens. The cost of such an effort would be prohibitive and the processes would become laden with judicial proceedings which would be terribly costly and time consuming. We do not want this to become a full employment for lawyers enterprise.

The whining liberals who say that mass deportation would break up families is not a persuasive argument.

In a mass deportation, “they” could take their families with them if that were such a concern for them.

Further it did not seem to bother these illegals that they broke up their own families when they chose to come here illegally.

By creating the necessity to have a “citizen card” in order to function the problem is readily and easily solved.

In order to qualify to receive a citizen card, the applicant would have to satisfy each of the following conditions: Each applicant must be able to pass a test to demonstrate that the applicant can read, write speak English fluently and understand English.

This requirement is for the safety of the applicant, the applicant’s family and others.

Signs are in English, requests for assistance require a facility with language and basic communication requires facility in a common language.

The applicant must be record checked because we do not want to accept anyone who has committed a crime (other than entering the country illegally). Anyone who is on a terrorist watch list would be ineligible. The applicant must have completed medical screening and received prescribed immunization shots. Finger printing and DNA sampling must have been completed as part of the screening process.

. This medical screening protects the applicant as well as the members of the society into which the applicant seeks to integrate.

In addition, every applicant must have a knowledge of law and a knowledge of American history and must pledge allegiance to America and renounce their citizenship to or in any other nation.

The solution is simple.

FIRST Amend the law regarding immigrants thereby allowing the US to bar and otherwise immediately deport immigrants from any country (including Central American countries).

SECOND Build a wall along the southern border. This wall should be high and thick in the style of Hadrian’s Wall and the Great Wall of China with border guard patrols stationed on the wall as well as on the U.S. side of the wall.
All manner of electronic devices should be employed to enhance the effectiveness of the wall, including: flying drones equipped with cameras and heat sensors,

Ground penetrating radar to detect tunnels, and lights plus listening devices.

Robotic sensors should be positioned on the U.S. side of the wall.
The U.S. side should be protected by enhanced border patrols with the National Guard divisions to reinforce the border patrol. The border patrol agents and the members of the National Guard defending the border must be provided with authority from on high, which allows them absolute authority to use force as they see fit or deem necessary.

THIRD immediately bus all incoming illegal immigrants, who cross our southern border, directly back into the center of Mexico and charge the cost of such actions to Mexico.

a.) This will eliminate the threats to our border, and
b.) It will incentivize Mexico to stop deporting (or facilitating the migration of illegal migrants to the U.S.

Mexico is sending many of its criminals to the U.S. because Mexico does not want to incur the cost and nuisance of imprisoning them.

FOURTH Construct large prisons in the Southwestern deserts.

a.) These prisons could be used to orderly process those seeking to come to America,

b.) These prisons should contain medical facilities akin to those facilities that once existed on Ellis Island. These facilities would provide medical screening, processing and treatment to ensure that no new diseases plague our country.

c.) These prisons would also contain huge penitentiaries to house illegals until they are cleared for proper entry to America by a court proceeding.

These courts should not become a full employment for lawyers program. These courts should be presided over by volunteer adjudicators like the volunteer adjudicators who decide claims in small claims courts for example in New York Civil Court (Small claims division). Those wishing to represent these illegal aliens may do so on a voluntary and pro bono basis, but at no cost to U.S. taxpayers.

Under the rules for these courts, no “child” is to be sent to live with any person in the US (herein referred to as a “Guardian”), unless that “Guardian” fulfills all of the following requirements:

1. The Guardian must personally (physically) travel to the immigration court to pick up the child.

2. The Guardian must have a valid Citizen Card.

3. The Guardian must have a verified and acknowledged proof of financial ability to care for the illegal alien child.

The guardian must sign a contract with the federal government that the guardian will reimburse any federal, state or local government, which has to pay any expense for the health, education or welfare of the lien.

1. The guardian must have proof of adequate home quarters certified and acknowledged by a local governmental social services representative certifying that the proposed new home for the illegal alien child will be appropriate to properly care for the child.

d.) Those not granted entry to the United States at these trial will, at the end of the trial, be immediately deported and/or transported back to their respective countries of origin.
This a humane solution which:

1. Reunites these children with their real parents (And as we know, children are best off being raised as part of a caring family unit).

2. Protects the children from harm on the return trip.

3. This should humanely discourage others from spending their life savings to send other children on perilous and deadly journeys northward.

4. Such transportation back to the country of origin shall be at the expense of the country of origin. (This will present real incentives to gain the cooperation of these countries of origin, and
   These cost imposed upon the country of origin will stop the naïve gifts of American taxpayer dollars gifted to uncaring dictators by Miss Congeniality.

Anchor Babies Much has been discussed about the subject of “Anchor Babies.” The theory is that an illegal alien who is pregnant, crosses the border into the United States and soon thereafter she gives birth. The theory of the Uber-liberals is that this baby eo-instantly becomes a citizen of the United States and therefore cannot be deported.

To support this proposition, uber-liberals refer to the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and to a ruling of the Supreme Court in 1885. That Supreme Court ruling is subject to severe criticism based upon the writing of Senator Jacob Merritt Howard of Michigan, who authored and sponsored the 14th Amendment. In that amendment Senator Howard added these highlighted words to the final draft which became part of the 14th Amendment: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States….” Senator Howard’s writings and statements in Congress at the time of the creation of the 14th Amendment constitute the “legislative History of that Amendment and should be extremely important in the judicial interpretation of that Amendment. Senator Howard wanted to make it clear that the simple act of birth in the United States was not sufficient to confer citizenship. Senator Howard said: “the jurisdiction requirement is “simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already.” Senator Howard also said “this will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers, but shall include every other class of persons.”

e.) Senator Reverdy Johnson of Maryland was the only Democrat to participate in the Senate debate regarding the approval of the 14th Amendment. Senator Johnson was most explicit about the meaning of the “jurisdiction” requirement. Senator Johnson said:” [A]ll persons born in the United States and not subject to some foreign Power---for that no doubt is the meaning of the Committee who have brought the matter before is body.” Senator Johnson’s reading of the “jurisdiction” requirement was consistent with the naturalization laws of our country. Since 1795, federal laws governing naturalization have required aliens to renounce all allegiance to any foreign country and to pledge to support the Constitution of the United States. Such allegiance was never assumed simply because the alien was residing in this country.

f.) An affirmative oath was required.

g.) Senator Lyman Lyman Trumbull of Illinois (another of the principal authors of the 14th Amendment said: ”subject to the jurisdiction of the United States,” meant subject to its “complete” jurisdiction, meaning “not owing allegiance to anybody else.”

h.) In one of the earliest rulings on the 14th Amendment, the United States Supreme Court ruled that children born to Indian parents were not born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. In this 1866 ruling, the Court said a person born within the country could not change his status by his “own will without the action or consent of the United States.” “And no one can become a citizen of a nation without its consent.” On one subsequent occasion, the United State Supreme court considered whether a child born to parents who were legally resident in the United States was a citizen of the U.S., however, the Supreme Court has never ruled upon the status of a child born on the soil of the U.S. to an illegal alien.
i.) We note that it would be difficult to argue that an illegal alien or a temporary visitor to the United States was not subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign power or that such person owes allegiance only to the United Satiates These issues remain unresolved.

j.) However, a good law school professor, not only teaches the importance of knowing the Constitution, statutes, (state and local) rules, regulations and case law, that law school professor must inculcate the knowledge and the importance of understanding how and when to apply the law to the facts.

k.) Putting aside the debate regarding the proper interpretation of the 14th Amendment, it cannot be disputed that none of the law is applicable to proposals regarding the currently proposed fixes to the illegal alien problem. In the case of the woman who crosses our border to have her child born in America, it is incontrovertible that that birth conveys no citizenship or legal status to that mother. There would be no legal prohibition to arresting and deporting that mother. Of course, the uber- liberals whine that to do so would be “breaking up the family.” Nothing could be further from the truth. America would offer the deported mother the opportunity and choice to take the baby with her. There is no basic legal prohibition to a mother taking her child out of the U.S.A., even if that child were a U.S. citizen.

l.) The deportation of mother and the departure of her child, should she elect to take the child with her, could and should be handled in a manner to assure the comfort and safety of mother and child.

m.) If the mother should elect to leave her child in the U.S. when she is deported, that child should be offered for adoption to one of the many U.S. citizen families who are seeking a child to adopt.

RULES REGARDING SPECIAL PRISONS

n.) These new penitentiaries would have no special amenities and will not be catered by the likes of a Ritz Carlton or the Plaza Hotel.

o.) The Waldorf-Astoria, or the Hilton Hotels.

Rather, these prisons will have only single totally Spartan cells for solitary confinement.
Food, consisting of nothing more than nutritious sandwiches, will be dropped into the cell from ceiling ports.

Liquid (namely) water (and only water) will be available within the cell.
There will be no telephone, no radio, no TV and no games.
There will be no visitors and

There will be no early release for “good behavior,” because the concept of good behavior is wholly inapplicable to a prisoner lying or sitting naked alone in a cell in solitary confinement.

The solitary confinement protects inmates from the risk of crime or attack by other inmates, prevents the corruption of inmates by the criminal advice of other inmates or the radicalization of inmates by other inmates.

The following procedures shall apply:

1.) Any person, who was previously deported who is again found to be in America illegally will spend a minimum of 10 years in this new prison (This is the Mexican law as well) and is consistent with if not milder than the incarceration and punishment of those who illegally enter most other nations..

2.) Any illegal alien who violates a criminal law and/or causes a fatality while in /America, will spend a minimum of 10 years in this prison plus whatever other sentence is imposed with respect to the illegal aliens otherwise criminal conduct. The sentences and the initial 10 year term are to run consecutively.

3.) Any smuggler, any gang member and any other criminal caught attempting to enter this country illegally will automatically spend a minimum of 10 years in these prisons, with nothing other than deportation at the end of the 10 years.

These prisons will be used to incarcerate any person (including but by no means limited to illegal aliens) adjudicated guilty of a felony for the entire duration of the sentence imposed.

In addition to illegal aliens, any person adjudged to have used a gun of any kind in the commission of crime, will automatically have an additional 5 years added to their sentence.

Illegal possession of a gun and/or any other illegal weapon will be punishable by s sentence of no less than 5 years in such prison. This is real “gun control’” but only if judges enforce this law. (The problem with other gun control laws is that Uber-liberal judges let those convicted of violating these laws free for some bleeding heart reason).

Crimes committed by gang members and/or gang membership itself, will be punishable by a minimum of 10 years in these prisons plus the sentence for any o ther specific crime for which the gang member was convicted. Membership in a criminal gang alone will be punishable by a minimum

Sentence of 10 years in prison.

When a prisoner is brought to the prison, that prisoner is placed in a cell of solitary confinement and the cell door is not reopened until the entire sentence has been served.

Death sentences will no longer be required or permitted.
In lieu of death penalties, courts will now be able to impose a “Virtual Death” sentence by sending a felon who would otherwise be subject to a death penalty to life in solitary confinement.

These prisons will also be used to incarcerate:

Traitors
Government officials who steal or misuse public moneys
Public officials who misuse their power and/or authority to wrongfully abuse others
Public officials who deliberately damage this country.

The Virtual Death Penalty

Younger Boston bomber: No Martyrdom This penalty removes the incentive to harm innocent American people to achieve martyrdom.

This Virtual Death Penalty is even worse for Jihadists. Not only does it deny the martyrdom that they seek, it denies the adulation of the other fool who have been conned into believing this false and corrupted version of Islamo- Nazism.

This penalty guarantees that there is a real penalty for felons and Jihadists. A simple injection in the arm is hardly anything that a thug or a Jihadist would fear and certainly provides no satisfaction to victims and their friends and families.

No bleeding hearts will have to be worried about whether the needle might hurt the felon or Jihadist.

Siting a cage forever is real punishment.
The felon will have the remainder of the felon’s life to contemplate the evils that put him there.

Virtual death is more likely to more of a deterrent than today’s lethal injection death penalty.

FIFTH and most important is the issuance of biometric “Citizen Cards to all citizens of the United States. These cards will also be fitted with a microchip which will emit a locater signal.

Law enforcement could simply electronically scan an individual to see if that person is a citizen and to learn if that person is wanted for any crime.

This could eliminate the act of stopping a suspected illegal alien for potentially offensive profiling.

This card would help to locate missing persons and those lost in accidents, avalanches, fires and other disasters.

This card would identify those persons who could be employed without subjecting the employer to criminal violations.

These cards would speed and make more secure transportation usage.

The card would become essential for any person:

To receive welfare, food stamps or any other government assistance.

To obtain or possess any licenses.

To access public facilities (including schools) or to enter buildings (the use of such a card for building entry would create a useable record of who was present in a building at a particular time).

To travel on public transportation. It has been reported that many of these illegals have been boarding public airplane showing the super dumb Federal security guards nothing more than an easily duplicated note that the alien is required to show up in a year or more at some INS court. All others wishing to fly must show valid identification bearing photo ID. Any airport security agent permitting anyone to board American aircraft without photo ID should be arrested and imprisoned for not less than 2 years.

The use of this card system should end illegal entrance to the U.S. without the need for any other reform. A guest worker program could be established for those seeking temporary entrance to the U.S., but the guest workers would also be required to possess and carry their biometric cards.

The use of these cards will ensure public safety including the safety of the card carrier.
Finally, these citizen cards could be programed to emit an electronic signal when a visitor has overstayed the period of temporary admission to the United States.

Now, this is very real comprehensive immigration reform, which will insure the safety of the American public and will insure that immigrants are not hassled or profiled while they are in the United States.

To vote. (This voting element insures against voter fraud and removes the incentive of uber-liberals to support and foster illegal immigration for the purpose of gaining political advantage). It would also render it impossible for foreign nations (such as Russia) to meddle in American elections by meddling with voter registration rolls.

Illegal aliens can be those who entered the U.S. illegally or could be those who enter the country legal but overstay their visas.

It is sad to watch Obama and his uber-liberal friends pretend that the illegal alien problem is a racial matter.

Opposition to illegal aliens is not directed to Hispanic persons because of race.
The opposition to illegal aliens is in no way directed to any particular group of people. The Jihadists who destroyed the World Trade Center, all of the airplanes and the 3,000 American lives were illegal aliens, but they were not Hispanic. The Boston bombers were illegal aliens but they were not Hispanic.

The illegal alien who shot and killed Kate Steinle as she strolled with her father and her friends on a tourist frequented pier in San Francisco was Hispanic. The illegal alien who shot and killed the family who stopped to offer their help when they come across this illegal alien experiencing car trouble along a U.S. highway was Hispanic.

The illegal alien who shot and killed a border agent in front of his family was Hispanic.
The illegal alien who butchered a 63 year old grandmother, killing her with a claw hammer was Hispanic. The person who murdered the missing Iowa college girl was an illegal alien.

The criminal from Belize who was transported to Florida by the dopey Federal agents before that illegal alien butchered a family including an unborn child was Hispanic.

Do Americans rail against these illegals because they are Hispanic? Of course not. Americans rail against them because they are despicable and evil.

Americans also rail against the politicians who permitted these atrocities for their own particular political gain.

“Anything that will keep the ruling class in power.”

The victims of these politicians and the family and friends of these victims have very good reason to hate these politicians and it is completely understandable that they would seek revenge against the politicians and the families of those politicians.

While none of this legally justifies revenge (other than revenge exacted in a court of law), it would, nonetheless be understandable, and very wrong.

Any government who refuses to enforce the law to protect the citizens of this nation for political reasons should be held legally liable for the harm suffered by our citizens. That liability should be both civil and criminal.

For example any person who grants a driver’s license to an illegal alien who the goes on to kill, maim or otherwise seriously injure an innocent American, should be legally liable for the harm caused. Neither the Nurnberg defense (I was ordered to do it) nor the “Geraldine” Defense (“The devil made me do it!”) will be a valid defense for these Uber-liberal politicians or their sycophant crony patronage job holders.

SIXTH: Congress should defund States receiving federal money if those states countenance “Sanctuary” cities or zones which by definition is a matter of those states deciding to not enforce federal immigration laws.

Those who are constantly whining that we must reform our “broken immigration system” to fix the mess that they created, will find that the foregoing will address almost all of the problems. Following the enactment and the subsequent implementation and enforcement of the foregoing, our current form of immigration law can be adjusted minimally if necessary
