Festive Baklava with Pistachio
Products:
300 g pistachio
120 g of sugar
bark of 1 lemon
200 g butter
1 package of fine bacon bacon
About syrup:
500 g of sugar
350 ml of water
grated bark of 1 lemon and the juice of it
Preparation:
The blanch is milled into a blender until fine filings are obtained. Sugar and also grated lemon peel are added to it. The mixture is stirred again.
The oil melts. The panies are cut into two halves. Grease baking tray. Half of the bark is covered at the bottom. Lubricate with butter, sprinkle with sugar nuts. Then peel and nuts alternate until they are finished.
On the top of the bacon, sprinkle with nuts. Cut into small diamonds. Bake in a preheated 160 ° oven for about 40 minutes.
About syrup:
Mix the sugar with the grated lemon peel. Flood the water. Cook on a soft fire for about 8 minutes. Leave the syrup aside to cool. Pour the hot baklava with the cooled syrup and leave to stand overnight before serving.
