My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2020
Didn’t quite meet the step goal, but did get some cycling in and a great express workout at the gym. I haven’t been this focused on my health and fitness since I was a teenager trying to get into the military, which didn’t pan out, thank god... lol.
Went to the park with the doge and had a big walk then got back to the van and chilled out. Ended up doing some breathing work, then went into meditation and then led to an epic 1.5 hour nap, lol. Much needed apparently. Lol
Then I ended up at Applebee’s for happy hour and talked to these dudes that worked at a dispensary and they totally hooked me up with some samples. So I believe Top Crop in Eugene has a new customer! Told them about weedcash as well. Really need to get some cards made up to advertise weedcash but just have been lazy, lol.
Anyway, it’s been a good day, capped off with laundry so that I don’t have anything to do tomorrow but work on some posts for the new site and get some stuff set up there.
