HELSINKI COVERED IN SNOW | DTube Travel Vlog 009
We arrived back to Helsinki and the city was covered in snow!
We spent 3 days exploring the city, trying the sauna and ice baths and some amazing food.

That ice bath thing! Apparently, it's a body hack. You can cure everything with this breathing method, ice cold water, and meditation. How cool is that?
This guy Wim Hof or as most people know him - "Iceman"
He has been studying this body hack and can be in cold environments for
a very long time. You must have heard of him!
Yeah that's right, I didn't include it in the video because I wasn't sure on the details but you can apparently improve your immune system a lot through his method.
The person coaching me through it in the video was actually a Wim Hof instructor and had been coached personally by Wim Hof!
Wow! So cool!
I would like to get to know Wim How and learn from him. That is just amazing!

Wow! Helsinki looks beautiful in Snow. Beautifully captured by @thelifeofjord. What a treat to watch everything in WHITE. And the food looks really delicious. I’ve just started my journey after I got married. Have been exploring all sorts of new places and cities since then. We take a trip every 2-3 months but mine are no so unusual places as of now since it was too much of an unexplored territory for me. But I so enjoy going to new plances. Latest, i’ve been to Old Manali and Ramgarh. Next we are planning for Bhutan, have heard so much about the beauty there. Will keep taking tips from your post and will try and experience places I haven’t been to.

Wow man! The ice bath followed by the breathing technique must have been intense! I wanted to jump in as well! And the flight simulation looked amazing. Loved how Olivia was having a great time. Great stuff dude! You seem really happy. It's cool to see. :)
