Ohhh dang they look so so good, I haven't had lamingtons for years,
But now I want some, either i have to make some or head to the down Under Bakery here who makes them real good here
There is a Kiwi lady at my husband's workplace
We packed some lamingtons for her and she cried happy, my husband said. She told him she hadn't had lamingtons for 11 years 😊
Luckily I got some about two years ago
Used to be on the list to haveveach time I went back to NZ but now I don’t go back anymore 🙁

I have never seen Lamingtons in Canada, not even similar cakes, but yeah it was very surprising there is similar cake in Hungary
