The old-fashioned, seaside town of Madrid holds a secret.

Harry Scrote has the perfect life working as a cleaner in the city and dancing with his grateful girlfriend, Hans Updeskirt.

However, when he finds a cursed ruler in his cellar, he begins to realise that things are not quite as they seem in the Scrote family.

A wedding leaves Harry with some startling questions about his past, and he sets off to wild Madrid to find some answers.

At first the people of Madrid are modest and incredible. He is intrigued by the curiously friendly swordsman, Harry Peters. However, after he introduces him to hard poker, Harry slowly finds himself drawn into a web of gluttony, fraud and perhaps, even kidnap.

Can Harry resist the charms of Harry Peters and uncover the secret of the cursed ruler before it's too late, or will his demise become yet another Madrid legend?
