Back to Gym!!

** we normal people do not realise problems with our body until or unless our body alarms us. In 2016, my body had become so tired that I used to get exhausted even to take 1 flight of steps. It was then I have realised that my body is signalling me to start working out and hence I have joined the gym. I have completed my one year membership in December 2017. I have taken 2 month gap because of my continuous wrist pain but now I feel ok and hence I have rejoin my gym and today is the first day. These are the selfish that I have taken from my gems mirror just trying to be stay fit and also people usually I think that you you will go to gym because you have to become slim but that is completely wrong in my opinion because you don't have to go to gym to stay slim you go to gym to stay fit and that is more important than your you know your body shape. They say it's never late to do anything and hence I hope you all also join gym and stay fit and healthy.**
