My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2019
Yesterday we went on a big hike and I got a lot of steps in, but when I got home I was so worn out from the hike and working on my brothers roof the day before that I laid down and fell asleep before I could post my @actifit report. Oh well.
Today was a good enough activity count, and I got eight hours at work, but when I got home and sat down for a bit, all the activity from the past three days caught up with me and my legs felt like they were going to fall off.
I've just been trying to rest them all evening and I put some icy hot on them and that's helping. I just hope I can walk in the morning...
