Fix an issue where the profile page wouldn't render for users without steem metadata
Bug Fix
- What was the issue(s)?
Loading the profile page as a user with no steem metadata gave error.
What was the solution?

Hi, the rules are currently still rules and not guidelines, so unfortunately that means that this contribution contains too little work (and non-trivial code) to be accepted. It's great that it was merged, but until we switch to guidelines and implement the new bot it would be better to combine a few commits like these into one contribution so it's enough work to be rewarded.
