My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2020
Bin noch an der Wimhoff-Methode dran und mache gute Fortschritte. Schon über 16 Tage durchgehend nur kalt geduscht. Mit kalt meine ich wirklich kalt. Jeden tag eine Stunde mit Shorts und T-Shirt in der eisigen Kälte spazieren. Am Silvesterabend habe ich sogar auf das T-Shirt verzichtet. Ich freue mich schon auf die noch kälteren Tage. Rubiks Cube ist mittlerweile auch keine Herausforderung mehr und mein Rekord liegt bei 34 Sekunden.
