SEC-S14 /W5|"Job or Business what's your Preference?"
Hello everyone, Today I want to share the contest for week 5 of the season 14 engagement challenge. I am happy with the theme of the contest and also invite friends to participate in this contest @fadlymatch @abialfatih @neukyan @mthaib.
Setting a monthly budget in a job or business is a key step to ensure finances remain under control and financial goals are achieved. Determine sources of monthly income, such as product or service sales, investments, or other income.
List all fixed costs each month, such as rent, electricity, water, and employee salaries. This includes fixed debt payments. Note expenses that can fluctuate each month, such as marketing costs, raw materials, and other operational costs.
In the midst of increasingly difficult economic conditions, it is not surprising that various groups of people are taking additional work as entrepreneurs and are even willing to change professions because they can get bigger profits. This shows that being an entrepreneur is very promising.
Preparing to do business is not just about technical matters. There are several other things that must also be prepared so that the business that will be run can continue to progress, while also having a high commitment value. One of the things that must be prepared thoroughly is the character of the business person.
In this world, nothing is risk-free. Even just walking has risks, you could fall, trip, or experience sudden cramps. If you want to achieve success in building a business, don't be afraid to start new things by taking risks that might happen.
Not only entrepreneurs/business people, everyone also needs to have confidence in doing what they are passionate about. Cultivate an attitude of self-confidence so that what you do can be optimal. Self-confidence will also help you when you are in trouble and help you cover your shortcomings.
On the other hand, you also get a full return on your investment when you are the boss. If you invest more time and energy into your business and succeed, you make more money—and your business (read: your baby) becomes stronger.
You will also likely experience increased self-confidence which will motivate you to keep going, which in turn will accomplish more as time goes by.
You may find it more difficult to earn a steady income compared to receiving a salary from your employer. But selecting clients, understanding the value of your product or service, and managing time and costs effectively can give you financial security faster than climbing the corporate ladder.
Almost everyone dreams of being successful, both in business and work. No businessman is successful without thinking creatively, this also applies at work. Make sure you are observant in seeing opportunities for the business you want to start or work in to become your future.
When working, a person will become more expert and skilled. You should sharpen these skills so that you can become a mainstay and expert in this field.
Skills can be directly related to work, for example cooking for a chef, or indirectly related, for example people skills for a marketer.
