SONA 2019: Let's Not Only Listen, But Also Understand
It's my first time watching our president's SONA. SONA stands for State of the Nation Address and it is a very important conference where the President of the Philippines give his speech.
In his speech, he included updates regarding his projects as well as the upcoming projects.
Personally, I think our President Rodrigo Duterte is a very smart and charismatic guy. He might not be that formal when talking, but if you just listen to him with the intent of understanding as well as with an open mind, he really makes a lot of sense.
I also think that he is not all talk because he also put things to action.
Some people might have a negative image of him because of how he talk (curse and sarcasm), but I don't think he should be judged by it. People should listen... and understand.
So far, the things that he's discussing are really great. Hopefully, people under him will also do their part.
I actually like him... as a president and as a person. He has the brain the strategize and the heart to lead his people.
Let me continue listening for now. ☺
