A quick recipe for those who like it hot when it comes to desserts.
Ingredients:
- 2 pears;
- 50 g butter;
- 40 g of flour;
- 50 grams of sugar.
Cooking
Peel the pears, grate them on a large grater and put them in a heat-resistant dish. Pound cold butter with flour and sugar to make crumbs. This can be done by hand, but a food processor with a knife attachment will significantly speed up the process.
Put the crumb over the fruit, bake the dish at 200 ° C until the dough is cooked. Serve warm crumble, you can add ice cream.
