Ingredients for 6 servings
- 180 g of butter;
- 260 g of flour;
- 50-100 ml of water;
- 2 cans of canned salmon;
- 400 g cauliflower;
- 200 ml of cream;
- 2 eggs;
- salt, spices - to taste.
Preparation
Frozen butter and flour put in a combine with a knife-head and chop. Gradually add ice water to the mixture until the dough starts to collect in the com. Put the finished product in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then roll the dough, lay it in a mold and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for 10 minutes.
For the filling, cook cauliflower for a couple or boil. It should become softer, but not lose elasticity. Remove the fish from the jar and divide it into large pieces with a fork.
Take the dough out of the oven, evenly lay the fish and cabbage on it. Cream whisk with eggs, salt and spices, pour the mixture into the filling. Bake the bowl for 40 minutes. Decorate with cabbage before serve.
