It's nice to reach my step count goal for a change.
It's hard to believe I went like 5 days without reaching my step count goal of 10,000 steps. It felt good to lay around for a few days and not do anything, sometimes you just have to recharge your batteries.
Today was a very busy Tuesday for me, I got up early and did my weight lifting hand exercises before going to work.
I had a really busy day catching up from all the orders over the weekend that piled up.
My legs are really feeling it today, a lot of walking up and down the stairs really put them to the test.
Sorry no pictures today, I really didn't have anything that interesting to share with you.
I hope you all had a fantastic Tuesday and reached all of your goals for the day. Keep on exercising and eating right, maybe we'll live an extra few years for doing it!
