My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2019

Another Monday past by using actifit.

I've started posting on the days I get over 10,000 steps, I feel it is important to try to get to 10,000 steps even if I'm not going to post.

I'm pretty sure that my weight gain has slowed now and I should be able to keep at this weight that I like.
