Life in a small box

Hello my Fellow Dtubers and Steemians!!

Last time my friend and I are talking. I ask him this question below.

What are your wishes this coming new year? or things that you want to change?

His Answer :

Me i just want to be treated the same as my other colleagues. It is diffucult to be taken for granted. all your hard works are not seen.

This is the problem of all the small people in a company. They are only seeing the people who they think are useful?? how about us? Are we not capable of having a fair compensation. Do you even think that we dont need money for our family.

Why do we always need to make an excuse and kicking out some good people and bring some big headed funk that thinks they are the big man in the company.

Stupid colleagues that is like a Straw and like a dog wagging their tails for their bosses. Coz they are waiting for some changes on their position.
They are sick for the position. Forgetting some good values like respecting people.

Taking others for granted , being deaf on what others are requesting. Holding the papers of deserving employee and making other not deserving employee have a promotions.

Why they are people like that, who is thirsty of such a power. Why they want others to be afraid of them. fuck them.

And i replied: We all have out time on this world.
We should wait coz its not always they are up.
