Well its time for me to make a selection for my part in the adoptaminnow project as per my post a week ago.

One of our members in #thealliance, @brandyb, has brought to our attention something started recently by @whatsup. @whatsup decided to adopt @brandyb and show her support to help foster a positive experience here on Steemit.
@brandyb not only got adopted, but she ran with it and is spreading the adopt a minnow concept further and thought discussions on discord and posts the adoptaminnow is spreading, Her post here explains it better than I could
About the photo
This photo is of the hand and sign outside Madame Tussaud s, edited to fit the Adopt a Minnow project and this post, which was the best of my photos I could think of to use for this post and related to the Adopt a Minnow Project, I know some have mentioned to me, that the term adopt a minnow could be taken the wrong way and perhaps be a little demeaning.
However I do not take it that way, I look on it as I was given a helping hand by people when I joined steemit and was struggling a little and now its my turn to try and be that helping hand to others, and I do feel the helping will be a two way street for both of us
I posted my post a week ago and it’s now up to me to make a selection, which I have to be honest is very hard to do, as I had three applicants who I would love to work with, but I stretch myself fairly thin on here as it is so I cannot take on all three, but I do hope those not selected and I can work together and help each other grow on here.
Here are the three who asked to be considered, I strongly recommend you check them out and show some support to them they are all great people to follow and interact with on Steemit.
Krazy Poet
A great guy with such a positive attitude who writes great poetry and shares great photos and thoughts, in the short time I have known him it has been a pleasure interacting with each other.
I have only very recently come into contact with her and she posts such interesting things related to homesteading and other things, quite interesting to read and of recent she has with a couple of friends started a little photo contest between them in fun but the winner shares the winnings with a charity of choice which I thin is such a cool idea

I have now her for a while and such a fun and bubbly person posting a nice variety of subjects and just recently received a new Camera as a birthday present to exploring the fun of DSLR photography at the moment
The decision
As I was looking at the three people and have been interacting with them each for a various amount of time, I regretted to a degree making the original #adoptaminnow post as I am more than happy to interact with and support all three and will d so, but having to pick one is so hard as they are all great people.
When I first joined Steemit I had so many questions and confusion it was a struggle at times, having someone who I could ask questions to share thoughts with etc would have been a great help, I would like to think that now after around 7 months on Steemit, I am one people feel comfortable enough with that they can come and ask me questions and know I will make the time to answer them as best as I can.
I know I know I am waffling away here delaying making the decision
but I am working on it, I am what my wife jokes to me about a crazy table person I have tables for every kind of thing and this is no exception I have made a table to help me make a decision, but I am still struggling to choose between all three, but I guess is in reality its not so much a choice as I have said earlier, one will be chosen and i will be more formally I guess supporting, but the other two I envisage we will stay connected and interacting almost daily here on Steem.
So without further ado
I have selected @warpedweaver as my Adopted Minnow and look forward to working together :)

Thank you @krazypoet. I am still in a bit of shock. We will all support one another and steem forward. I look forward to seeing your work as well. I love photography, just have never been very good at it. The occasional good shot. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone.

Oh my. I really am at a loss of words. I don't know how anyone makes those kind of choices. I will do my very best to post articles of interest. I will support you as well. Yesterday, I took the day to read blogs of everyone following me. I didn't make it through the list, I got sidetracked by links to other great articles as well. I would like to upvote every one of them, hoping to build more steem as it goes along. It's been an interesting month for me. This entire concept is so engrained in the community spirit that Steemit was founded on, as the platform grows it is all too easy to forget that the rewards are there to encourage use to do the things that actually support the blockchain - be active not only posting but commenting, upvoting and sharing work. I have no doubt this was a tough decision, all three accounts are posting very good quality content and with a little help can grow much further. Under your guidance I feel @WarpedWeaver will have a very good tutor with excellent support, and of course @KrazyPoet and @deadgrlsuppastar still have the wonderful support of @syndicates, #thealliance and Team Gamma.

I happen to know some Weavers, a couple of them are pretty warped, so I will approach your winner with caution in case I know them.

Well Mam, I took a gander at your place and it looks safe for me. That Alpine Market had me for a moment because we have an Alpine, Texas which is probably about the size of your Alpine and of similar businesses , food, gas, feed store and taxidermy. Momma heifers are also interesting , have had to pull a few calves myself when things just don't go right, never had to do it snow though. Glad that black heifer decided to let that calf nurse. Bottle feeding is not what you want to have to do in those conditions.

Heifers can be tricky. I worked on a ranch many years ago. Seen some crazy things happen. We just cross our fingers and hope everything comes out alright. They are on 4 hr. watch now. I think there will be a new baby in a day or two. She's gettin all sloppy. :) I'm sure we will be shouting from the roof tops when it arrives. lol I fed bucket calves when I was a kid. Not that much fun after the first time. lol

Decided on at least one 100% Upvote for today -including the first meaningful and helpful post I would read. You won the jackpot! I'm going to look into this a bit further. Although technically still a minnow myself because getting to be a dolphin is a long way off, I'm sure I could still help out. I know your two other candidates, so will read up on what they had to say! :-)

So, I can do a search for the ideal match? I know there are some on lists already, and all well deserving, so there will always be someone for them too, I'm sure. We all try to help and support as best we can anyway. :-)

It is a steep learning curve at the start I did struggle initially and still learning
My tips for now watch the adopt a minnow posts maybe you will see one you might want to respond to
Secondly be real have fun and join a community if you can that All helps
A community? I am not sure what you mean. I have only seen i dividuals.
There are various communities on here some by interest
Like I have seen for writers homesteaders etc
By Country like Steemusa.
And then groups like the Alliance etc
You will see the groups as you go along on here
