Today I mark my two year birthday on Steemit, I wasn't going to say anything as I prefer celebrating others Birthdays and moments of note such as two years here on Steemit, so all I really want to say is
Thank you all who have met with an interact with here on Steemit you all make it such a fun community and I am glad to have met you all and are this social experience with you all.
Over my two years here I have shared a lot of art around NYC so it's kind of fitting I share some more art today
The First Street Green has quite a bit of space where local graffiti Artists can do some of their art, and its a cool spot for me to swing by every few months as the art there is always changing, and I realized I had some shots from my last visit there that I had not shared so I thought I would share some today, they are cool pieces I thought,
This first one for me tells quite a story but I am guessing that whoever sees it may see a different type of story.

This second one was just a little further down the same wall, but is quite a contrast in mood

One thing i love about this park and how they allow artists to do the murals is the contrasting style you get to see, like this next one.

I would love to hear your thought son this one as well, infact on any of them to be honest, I have my thoughts but decided not to share them in this post to see what others get from them
I liked the message written in this last one, for me having a walk before work and seeing some cool art was a great start to having a nice day

Two years here on Steemit is a serious age. Not everyone manages to pass this marathon, many have already dropped out of the race. I congratulate You, my friend. :). Your amazing daily activity and performance in blogging is always the best example for me. I always come with great pleasure to read Your posts, because it is always interesting information and photos, thanks to which I travel around Your beautiful city. I had to look again at the last photo and now I don’t know what they are either they ok like toes sometimes and teeth other times lOL
The First Street Park Mural was made for the Inspire Change Festival. Shining the spotlight on those trying to change the world.
I truly love all these murals and the meanings behind these wonderful pieces of art. You work in an artistically rich environment of beauty there. That gene is missing from Washington, DC in those terms, which surprised me when I moved here. Thank you for sharing these with me and everyone else. I appreciate the fact that you take so much time and effort to broaden our horizons.
As an aside, you and I started on the same day, so I guess I have been here two years today also! Mazel-tov!

Thanks for that info I did not know that, and I love the idea behind it, I must swing by there again soon the art changes every few months and I think its been 6 or 77 months since I have been there so a lot will have changed
NYC is amazing for all the art, thats is one thing I will miss when I stop working in the city and do not live so close
I am surprised Washington does not have that genre,
I thought we joined on the same day, but I discovered busy.org actually shows the date one joined and you actually joined steemit 10 days before me on the 16th of June, so you are the trendsetter of us :)
Oh! Did I really? Thanks for letting me know! I let the date come and go! I was surprised that there is not the same vibe here in DC that there is in NYC, for some reason, I thought there would be. For that, I love NY better.
It has different things here and very cool things, but, not quite so bohemian, if you will. I guess that is what appeals to me. You will have to run by there again and let me know if it is still there. :)
I re read your comment and mention of the First Street Park Mural , I cant say I have seen that there is mural’s all around the first street green that they let artists have a spot for a short period of time to showcase there work
