This is a post for BeachWednesday - led by @lizanomadsoul and initiated by @uwelang
This is something I look forward to doing again soon on weekends getting up early and heading for a morning walk on the beach as the sun rises, a beautiful breeze off the water and mornings colors in the sky.
This is Walnut Beach in Milford with a lovely warm glow from the rising sun behind the pier.
I have missed my morning walks over Winter but soon it will be a regular thing for me to visit this and other beaches and get a good walk in some exercise and with luck some good photos , for me that's a perfect start to the day

IT surely is I am lucky to live here its worth a long commute to be by the water
I have a friend who lives by the sea. And its funny but it was that she got to the sea only several times during a whole season ...
Yeah I have friends where i live like that when its warm I get to the beach 3 or 4 times a week normally ;)

Cant beat getting up early and out into the world. There is so much you miss when you stay in bed and laze away until midday. Although some days I would like a lie in! LOL Decisions, decisions!
LOL some days I wish I could lie in, generally a sleep in for me is 5 Am these days and this week I am struggling as for some reason I am waking at 3 AM and just cannot get back to sleep
5 AM sleep in! Ah here Jay, I think we'll have to get you some medical assistance 😉
Nah I am all good, I do need more sleep these days now with my age in my 40’s I never got more than 4 hours sleep a night, now I need at least 6 :)

Yes I am indeed lucky to have found this place almost by accident and decided to move here being by the beach is well worth the long commute
