My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2019

A quiet morning walk

Good evening everyone, I am sharing a few shots taken today with my iPhone for my Actifit post,
I had a fairly quiet day today step count wise, Woke at my normal time but the forecast night before said rain all day, so I snoozed till about 6 O'clock, and then got up and looked out the window and it wasn't raining, so decided to go for a little stroll in the neighborhood where I got the photos for this post, the rest of the day was fairly quiet around the house and Watching the Men's Semi-Finals at Wimbledon.

I thought I would share a few properties around town starting with this Animal Clinic

Along New Haven Avenue I stopped to look down over the baseball ⚾️ fields not a property I admit but since I was watching sport today so it fits with my day

I know I may have shared a shot of this fire station before but I have a lot of respect for firefighters and will share another shot if it

Next up I walked by the Milford City Library building

And this is the Fowler Memorial building and the Memorial Walkway beside it which I strolled on down

Here I go wondering off subject of properties but whenever I go for a walk I often end up by the water and today was no exception as this shot shows

You got in an impressive amount of steps! You live in a very pretty town/city! I like the Animal Clinic building. Was it built as a home and then sold and became the animal clinic? Have a great weekend!

I am lucky to live in a beautiful city it makes it worth the relatively long commute I have to NYC,
I do believe that building was originally a private house and eventually, someone bought it and setup the Animal clinic there and I hope your weekend is going well

Your photos and story are nice. You sure walked a lot of steps! That water is instantly soul soothing. Thanks for sharing your adventure today @tattoodjay!! About how long did it take to accumulate that many steps?

Thanks I did most of them about 7 K between 6 and &am this morning, the rest were just walking around during the day :)

What a sweet walk @tattoodjay, your town is lovely. From the canal to the cute red homes, it feels so safe and clean. Definitely a nice escape from the city after a long workweek :)
