That satisfying feeling you get when your heart was pumping high n you are sweating like crazy!
Yeap.... i am definitely in my element tonight... as of any other night when im breaking sweat in the studio... gotta love it!

I have come to understand one thing about the calories burned during the workout.... it all depends on your average heartbeat through out the workout. The higher your average reads then the more calories you burn.
And to get a high average heartbeat count you have to do high intensity workout. Jump higher... move more... dont stop... and do it correctly! If you dont then you might risk injury and we dont want that. That said.... you must know your body. How far can you go but dont force yourself. Know when to stop or go a bit slower.
Dont be too stressed out about not being able to do as hard as some of your studio mates. We all have limits physically n emotionally. Its about enjoying your workout! Be happy! You are doing what you love!
Some of us have started this journey because we want to lose weight. Of course! And for others it is because they want to build up stamina, stay healthy, get six pax and so on...
I personally have started to workout because i want to lose weight. It has been two years already since i am serious into working out. The first year was joining zumba classes which was quite far from my house. And then i found out that there was a jazzercise studio close to my house. Very close. Just a walking distance from my house! And so i decided to sign up for the classes and am happy that i found the right place and the right kind of workout regime. I made new friends. Some of them are actually my neighbours... haha! (Dont judge me)😄😄😄
I am proud to say that within those two years i have lost more than 15kg! Yeay!... it was a long and a hard journey but i am glad that i took it. Maybe later i will share some of the before and after photos...
For some of you who are thinking of embarking on this journey to a healthier and skinnier you... go for it! Just dont expect a quick result! Mine was not exactly achieved overnight! The moment that i started it... i was not expecting miracles (when i expected miracles i failed!)... i embraced the journey. I love every minute of it. I eat healthier. I live healthier. And then the losing weight came gradually. I came to love jogging! I seriously never jog in my life before. Its true! I used just walk when everybody was running.. hehe! But now.... i can run! And love it!
Oh wow! Where is this going actually?
I hope my babbling will inspire some of you to start this journey with me.
