イチジク、くるみ、ハチミツ、バナナショコラに、アップルシナモン。ずらりと並んだ30種類以上のベーグル。色んな国々を旅してまわるような様々なベーグルが並ぶのは国分寺にあるベーグル専門店「バニトイ ベーグル 国分寺店」です。

国分寺駅北口の早稲田実業の前にある店舗では、美しいベーグルに目を惹かれ、街ゆく人がお店の前で足を留める光景を目にします。私もその中の一人です。ショーケース一杯に並ぶベーグルに思わず引き寄せられてしまいました。

ショーケースには一体何を選べばいいか分からなくなるほどのベーグルで一杯。

お店ではイートインもでき、イートイン限定メニューやベーグル＋サラダつきのカフェメニューも充実しております。

3. Bagels

今回は自宅用にベーグルを5つほど買って帰りましたので、皆様にユニークなべーグルをご紹介したいと思います。まずはチーズとアスパラのベーグル。

チーズ in アスパラベーコンベーグル 290円

ベーコンとアスパラにとろけるチーズが組み合わさったなんとも見るからに美味しそうなベーグルでございます。まろやかなチーズのお味に、アスパラのシャキシャキとした歯ごたえが組み合わさり、ベーグルってこんなに美味しかったんだとイメージを一変させるような素晴らしいベーグルです。

続いてはカレーパンのようなカレーベーグル。

大人のカレーベーグル 270円

鮮やかな色のかぼちゃの生地にちょっぴり辛い大人味のカレーを包み込んだベーグルです。少しビターなカレーの味わいがベーグルにアクセントを付けております。バニトイベーグルさんのベーグルの生地はもちもちしていてとても美味。

ちなみにベーグルを自宅に持ち帰る場合は、レンジで温め直すともちもちした生地の感触を損なわずに頂くことができます。

お次は、コーンが入ったもろこしベーグル。

焼きもろこしチーズベーグル 250円

ぷちっとしたとうもろこしの食感が癖になりそうなベーグルです。バニトイプレーンの生地に焼きもろこしの香ばしい香りが一体となってこれまたベーグルの美味しさを再発見できる一品です。

まるで似顔絵のようなチョコベーグルです。

エスプレッソチョコベーグル 220円

ほんとりビターなコーヒ生地にチョコレートチップを巻き込んだベーグル。チョコレート×ベーグルという組み合わせは、珈琲と一緒に頂くとさらにチョコのお味が染み込んだベーグルの甘さを引き立てることができます。

最後はきな粉のベーグルです。

あんきな粉ベーグル 260円

黒ごまきな粉と黒糖を練り込んだ生地にたっぷりとあんこを巻き込んだベーグルです。黒糖の甘い蜜のような味わいときな粉の素朴でやさしい甘さが組み合わさったユニークなベーグルです。
