A NEW LAW TO DESTROY FAMILIES IS COMING...

Our society is boiling now.
The reason is a new bill that can become a real law soon. It touches the question of domestic violence, better to say - what will be hidden behind this word.

Violence will have a diffirent sense now. It begins to include: a ban on the use of property; statements of threats of domestic violence against the victim, his relatives, former relatives, acquaintances, pets; forced labor; causing physical pain, property damage, or other property damage.

Violence is considered to be the action itself, attempt or threat of action (!).
So it means you can just say something, and it's enough to be a criminal!

Either the victim herself or other people can report the fact of violence. And words are enough for the accusation, no proofs are needed!

To protect the victim, the police or court issue a protection order. And the aggressor must immediately withdraw from the victim, anywhere. Even if this is the residential property of the aggressor, he leaves it.

Moreover, the aggressor has no right to approach the victim and find out where she is. He should not be with her even in public places and ask anybody about her.

Sounds fine, but only if it is real aggression. But what if it is a mother and her kid??! And a neighbor who claimed about mother's "cruelty"?!

What will they do with the aggressor?

He is immediately registered, and the policeman should conduct educational conversations with him (according to the schedule under the protocol). He must pay for the services of social workers and lawyers to specially created organizations NPO (noncommercial public organization).

So what do we have here as a threat for families?

It is not protection, it is business.

Protection of VICTIMS WILL BE FOR MONEY 💴
At the same time, NPOs will receive financing from the state from our taxes.

❗ THIS LAW IS DANGEROUS FOR OUR CHILDREN. 👉🏻
Social workers will protect (take away) your children from psychological violence, insult, abuse and various exploitation ( 👉🏻 PARENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EVEN KNOW WHERE THE CHILD IS).

They can take kids out not because of the fact of violence, but when trying or threatening and without the consent of the child. ☝🏻
This can be initiated not by law enforcement agencies, but by any organization on the basis of any information from any persons!

NPOs equate themselves with government bodies, investigative bodies and prosecutors.

The bill has hundreds of signatures For it at the state site.

How is it possible??

BUT when people go there, it automatically works as voting FOR the bill!!!

People are shocked and outraged, they ask to cancel voting, but the system works fine for its goal...
